As I little girl, I would daydream about my emails finding you well.

It's not enough to say what we don't like.

We have to dream up better ways of doing things *and follow through*

Find inspiring people. Share your daydreams. And then build it darling.

I work towards a world where our leaders genuinely care about the collective wellbeing.

A world where the bottom line is how well all stakeholders are treated throughout the entire process.

A world where artists are rightfully compensated for all the vital work they do.

And everyone else has time to tend to their own creative fire, just for the spiritual nourishment it brings.

I dream of a world where leaders put down their trophies of wealth and dominance, to choose childlike play, benevolent wisdom, an imaginative, regenerative future, a robust public discourse and democracy, and right relationship with mother earth.

The fulfillment of this dream requires all of us to find the benevolent leader within and bring her or him forth into the world.

We buy direct to seller and have helped our property owners...

- get quick cash for retirement & other needs
- save the hassle + uncertainty of traditional listing
- avoid bankruptcy, foreclosure, or making expensive repairs
- move on gracefully after divorce, losing a loved one, or years of hoarding

& so much more!

Want to sell your property quickly for cash without doing any repairs, paying commissions, or covering any closing costs?

Give us a call at 304-283-7614 for your free, no obligation cash offer 🏡🚀🌙

Couldn’t be happier for our sellers and us 🏡🚀

The seller inherited this property last year and in June, the mobile home unfortunately had a fire. He was looking for someone to buy the lot as is, take care of the demo work, and start fresh! And of course, that is right up our alley!!

Today, 12 days after going under contract, the seller walked away with cash to buy a new truck and we walked away with an awesome investment property 🔥

Creating win win wins truly means the world to us.. cheers to many more! 🥂

I know real estate investors can get a bad rep.. but at Fuel Your Freedom Real Estate, we’re here to make a great contribution to the communities we get the pleasure of serving ✨🙏

The truth is.. 90%+ of the houses we buy aren’t safe for humans to live in or something a homebuyer would even consider buying “as is” with the amount of repairs needed.

Most need new roofs, structural repairs, flooring, paint, exterior renovations, new windows, new HVAC, and the plumbing and electrical to be re-wired before they’re even a fit for their next owners.

We come in and:

🏡 give a fair, “as is” all cash offer to the property owners and cover all closing costs, allowing the seller to cash in on one of their most valuable assets in a way that listing on the market wouldn’t allow for (as most bank financing requires houses to be in good-great condition for approval)

🏡 fully restore and update a property that now can be a home again for someone and help the values of the surrounding homes, rather than it getting condemned, or sitting vacant as so many humans need places to live, or it further deteriorating and bringing down surrounding property values

We’re here to help YOU fuel your freedom, while positively impacting the community, and fueling our freedom at the same time. Win, win, win ❤️‍🔥

Have a property needing repairs that you’d like to sell quickly for cash?

👉 Fill out the form in our bio or give us a call at 304-283-7614 today! We can close in as little as 3 weeks.

Another successful closing in the book and I couldn’t be happier for our sellers and us!! 😍🎉

The property owner tried everything to sell his land over the last 7 years..

Listed it with a realtor.. no serious bites.

Word of mouth.. lots of verbal offers, but no one actually ready to buy.

Talked with 4 other investors before me.. basically was told the land wasn’t worth their time.

When my friend, who is also the seller’s friend, told me about his situation, I was hungry to help!!

I researched the land to get an idea of price, hopped on the phone with the owner to see what he wanted and needed out of the sale, we agreed to a price and a 10 week timeline, and I got to work!

The land was a perfect fit for one of my partners and not only did the seller walk away with exactly what he wanted today, but we got it done in 6 weeks and he received $7,000 over his asking ❤️‍🔥

Helping others in fueling their freedom by creating win wins truly means the world to me and it is such an honor to be trusted by our sellers!

Cheers to many more! 🥂🚀
