Such a thoughtful article about WAIT from radioducinema ❤️

Thank you to @jennasurureal for the wonderful conversation with Lexi Simonsen and me about consent, healing, and the care that went into bringing WAIT to the screen.

“The goal is not simply to tell viewers what to think, but to give them something meaningful to talk about afterwards.”

The article also explores Lexi’s beautiful work as Evie, our collaboration with intimacy coordinator @heatherondersma, and the next chapter for WAIT as we bring the film to colleges, organizations, and conferences through our Impact Screening Tour.

Thank you, Jenna and La Radio du Cinéma, for helping us continue this conversation beyond the screen.

Thrilled to share that WAIT has been selected for the 2026 SAG-AFTRA Foundation Shorts Showcase! 🎬

After an incredible Los Angeles premiere at HollyShorts, we’re so excited to continue WAIT’s journey with the SAG-AFTRA Foundation and to have our film and our extraordinary actors recognized as part of this year’s showcase.

At the heart of WAIT are two remarkable performances by @lexi.ps and @eianobrien who brought so much honesty, vulnerability and complexity to this story. I’m incredibly proud of them and of our entire cast and crew.

We screen on Wednesday evening September 23rd @sagaftra in both Los Angeles and New York. If you're a SAG member grab a spot on the SAG Foundation site. More details on both screenings soon.

The journey continues. ❤️

A year and some change, I would do this hike.
Hand on my belly.
Praying over and over.
God please give me a baby. Please.
