Divine 29✨Dream come true!💫

Thank you to everyone who celebrated, sent birthday wishes, called, texted, or simply thought of me. I feel so very loved.🧡

This whimsy bohemian birthday bash had been brewing in my imagination and having it come to life was more magical than I could have imagined! Goddesses, cacao chai, music, singing, clothing swap dress up , clay, flowers, feathers, incense, candles, laughter, joy and the sweetest people all in one place was one of the greatest gifts!

29 already feels like a year of deeper presence, creativity, community, and trusting life a little more.🌻🌊

My heart is so full. I feel like I have a good luck charm in my pocket 🍀🦋 Thank you for making this birthday the best one yet!🧡✨ taken in Laguna Beach, California by @lexibann

Costa Rica cracked my heart open in the gentlest way. 🌿🤎🦋

Last month I spent a week chasing waterfalls, cloud forests, jungle air, cacao pods, sacred waters and slow living. Meeting Ciara mother of Ceremonia Cacao inspired me to bring Mamá Cacao back home and begin a 5 week cacao attunement that became such a catalyst of growth for this season of my life. Loving guidance, care, and reflection gifted through this experience opened me in unexpected ways. Major breakthroughs and reflective self recognition. This plant medicine is subtle yet powerful!

The whole journey deepened my appreciation for the land, the people, and the wisdom of nature. I hope to continue sharing this beautiful plant and its healing properties with family and friends through intention and ceremony— opening our hearts and listening curiously to our own truth.❣️

Meditation and prayer through song are daily anchors in my life! simple sacred practices that help me stay centered and connected amidst constant change 🍂

The harmonium has been my companion in this journey🧡 this classic Indian instrument has helped me explore my voice, deepen my breath, and open my heart. I’ve found a pathway to prayer not just through words but through sound✨

Group singing and meditation amplify that same energy of peace and harmony outward, reminding us that when we tune together, we uplift the world around us. 🌎

This summer I completed an incredible two-week horticulture program at Esalen Institute, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude and inspiration.🌻🐝✨

From dawn to dusk, I was immersed in the beauty of sustainable farming, learning from nature and connecting with the land in deeply profound ways. I got to sing and play with the vibrant plants, sacred soil and holy earthworms. Fairy-mode activated!🧚 All in community, making heart connections that will last a lifetime.🌞

Every day brought new magic🌈 whether it was planting seeds of intention, harvesting the fruits of nature’s labor, or simply sharing stories and laughter with like-minded souls. The bonds formed with my cohort and mentors were so special, each one contributing to a tapestry of support, growth, and shared wisdom.

Together, we explored the depths of our potential, nourished our spirits, and celebrated the transformative power of nurturing Mama Earth! This journey has reignited my passion for sustainable agriculture and community building, and I can’t wait to continue this path of stewardship and connection.

Thank you to everyone who made this experience so magical. Excited for more growth, learning, and heart-centered living. 🌱🐛🌎💫
