Nash was absolutely unreal today to take me around my first Modified clear with just a handful of time to finish 8th & earn the TIP high point 🏅I used to only dream of riding a horse like this, & he made it feel like a walk in the park. I’ll be chasing this high for a while ☁️9️⃣🥹

The biggest thanks to everyone who makes this possible, and made this weekend one i won’t be forgetting anytime soon 💌 Let’s go to Stable View!!

No cross country for Nash today due to the 1* division being very rightfully cancelled with some horrific weather 🌀 Bummed as I know he would’ve eaten it up but so proud of my pony for an incredible weekend and happy to come home safe and sound ❤️

An FEI PB dressage score and our best show jump round at the level to date. A few months ago we struggled in the show jump at this level, so we put our heads down and worked at this phase together, and to finish off our year feeling so confident means the world to me. A nice winter break is in order but quite excited to get on with it 2027 🤙🏻💭 Thank you to my parents and everyone who makes this possible!

Nash on mountain time back at Tryon Int. 🏔️🏎️💌

Made possible by @flairstrips 🪽🌬️
“Conditioning, training, nutrition, soundness, and recovery all play a role in preparing a horse for performance. But one critical system often receives less attention: the respiratory system. During exercise, horses move more than 1,500 liters of air per minute to deliver oxygen to working muscles. As intensity increases, oxygen demand rises, and so does the work required to breathe. This is known as respiratory load: the work required by the respiratory system to move air and meet the body’s increasing oxygen demands. Because horses are obligate nasal breathers, every breath must pass through the nasal passages, where a significant amount of airway resistance occurs. At high rates of airflow, even small increases in resistance can increase the work of breathing and add to overall physiological load. Respiratory management is an important part of the performance equation. FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strips support the nasal passages during exercise, reducing airway resistance and the work required to breathe.”

What a fun week at The Fork @ Tryon! ⛰️
Nash was great all week for a 32.3 dressage & had a super double clear XC, just adding some rails to his score, which do not reflect the round. We’ve been working hard this summer & it feels pretty cool to have it all come together with my buddy ❤️🥰

Not enough thank you’s to everyone who makes this possible. I know I say it a lot, but I really do feel so lucky ⭐️ #Nevertheless #FlairStrips #BreatheEasy taken in Tryon International Equestrian Center by @lexiyoung.eventing

Finishing off a big week in Kentucky by getting to jump in the Rolex Stadium with my greatest friend ❤️ Disappointed to have just barely tapped two rails to finish right outside the top 15, & it’s easy to overlook progress, but today the pieces were all there. Tryon 🔜💭 #Nevertheless

Nash being his perfect wild self today around the bluegrass 🩷💨 Kicking myself for adding 2.0 speed faults to his score as we were having too much fun 🙈 Sitting right outside the top 10 going into SJ tomorrow!! #Nevertheless #needforspeed #flairstrips #breatheeasy
