We love an interactive family adventure and @hersheysupersweetadventure was exactly that!! Each activity was thoughtfully designed and the staff was super engaging!! My favorite part was making the custom Hershey souvenir to take home!! 🍫

A year ago, I made a decision. Not to lose weight….Not to chase a number on a scale… not to “bounce back”…

I decided to come back home to myself.

After pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, sleepless nights, and pouring into everyone else… I realized I missed me.

So I CHOSE me.

Again.
And again.
And again.

This journey has never been about aesthetics. It’s been about remembering that I still have another gear!

That I can still compete.
That I can still push.
That I can still do hard things.
That discipline will always take me further than motivation.
That showing up is my Superpower.

When I locked in with @trainlsc every workout became a reminder that I am still a BIG DAWG!! He challenged my mindset, pushed my limits, refused to let me coast, and called out the greatness that still exists inside of me! Grateful is an understatement 🫡💪🏾

It feels good to have the fire back! To all my mamas still on the rediscovery journey… I see you! Don’t chase who you used to be… become someone she’s proud of🫶🏽 by @lexlex31

Something shifted… something changed.
I truly believe Heaven rejoiced 🙌🏾

If you know me, you know… I’m a Jesus girlie, for real.
But this past year? It stretched me. It tested me. It grew me. Greg and I knew it was time to make a bold, intentional faith declaration.

Yes, I’ve been baptized before as a child. But there is something powerful about choosing this walk… fully aware, fully surrendered, full of life experiences.

And to do it alongside my husband… with our two boys having a front row seat? Whew 🥹🥹😭😭😭 Chains break. Generations shift. Legacy is being built in real time!!

To top it all off… being baptized by @nelsonbowen ?! NO WORDS!! Marrying us?? Praying for children together?? Dedicating our boys?! We are locked in for life 🔒 It’s an honor to do life with you!! It’s UP from here!!

I had a couple people ask me “What do I feel?” JOY! A kind of Joy I haven’t felt in a long time. I’m stepping into uncharted territory…and I’m excited for everything God has ahead 🫶🏽

Motherhood didn’t take my spark…
it transformed it. ✨

After having two children, I had to get reacquainted with the woman in the mirror. Not the version of me from before; but the woman I’m becoming now.

And if I’m honest there were moments where I felt disconnected. Moments when I no longer recognized the woman in the mirror.

But I’ve learned that Rediscovery is powerful!
✨It’s choosing to reconnect with yourself
✨To pour back into yourself
✨To see yourself again

Last weekend I had the honor of leading a journaling experience at the “Girl in the Mirror brunch” creating space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. We made space to honor and show up for the little GIRL so we could be the best WOMAN We were called to be! I provided them with tools to use the mirror as a place of compassion instead of a place of criticism!

And let me tell you… it was powerful! The reality is so many of us are on the same journey of learning, growing, & healing!

Our CEO, Alexis Jones, had the honor of serving as a panelist and workshop facilitator at The Girl in the Mirror, an elevated Women’s History Month brunch focused on confidence, wellness, and the journey of becoming. 💚

The specially curated event by @rukaiyah.realtor created space for honest conversations about overcoming impostor syndrome, financial well-being, personal style, and overall wellness, along with moments of deep reflection. There was even a Confidence Runway walk led by @nakicarey. The entire event was a powerful reminder of how important it is to invest in the whole woman. There was something truly special about gathering with women who were open, vulnerable, and committed to growth.

We’re especially grateful to have been in the room to pour into others alongside a dynamic panel of women including @keairamays_ @iamjazzmingayle

During the journaling workshop, the ladies were guided to reconnect with the “girl in the mirror,” their younger selves. It created space to acknowledge past experiences, release negative narratives rooted in childhood, and begin building a more compassionate and affirming relationship with themselves.

There were tears. There was release. There was healing.

Moments like these remind us that while growth is not always easy, it is always worth it. We’re grateful to have been part of such a powerful experience.
