It’s been 3 weeks since our workshops and we’re ready for more! This was such a fun afternoon 😍 We were so grateful to everybody that showed up to train and to the talented teachers we have in our company. So many styles! What should we do more of? 🤔 👇🏼 by @lfsdance

✨What a night! ✨Thank you to this wonderful community for supporting our LFS night! We saw lots of new faces, familiar faces and old friends. We heard great feedback and you’re even asking for another event! Should we?! 👀

We couldn’t believe the turnout and support 🥹. We just wanted to provide a fun night for our community and it turned into a magical night 💃

Thank you @therecroomca for such an awesome venue.

@dj.moyus for keeping us dancing all night, such a great DJ!

Our Semi Pro team for working together to make this happen @l__fletch @kyleecarreno @michelle_miguez @strength.of.spirit.counselling @ko33ko @alizacreative @natiroccato @antonyaraymond (@zee_bugz we missed you!)

LFS Dance is Latin Fusion with Soul. Known for their high-energy performances, Lauren and Marilu are excited to perform after a break for maternity leave. Today they are joined by one of their company dancers, Sarina, as they perform an adapted version of the routine they performed at Lucha Libre Spectacular. They performed this routine a few weeks ago in a wrestling ring, and again at Robson!

➡️ Give it up for this amazing and unique fusion performance 🤩 by @lfsdance

What a weekend 🔥 We have so much to say but we will start with THANK YOU 😊

Thank you to @luchalibre.spectacular @wrestlecorerld @fightkobrakai and @mercuryartists.ent for having LFS Dance back at Lucha! It will always be our favourite event!

Thank you to our dancers for not hesitating to say yes when we asked you to dance this year! For being so committed and professional and for representing LFS with sass and soul in the ring! 🔥 @halenalou @alizacreative @zee_bugz

Thank you to everyone who came to watch and support. For the screams, the videos, the pictures and the messages of love and support. Coming back to the stage (or ring!) after having babies and adjusting to motherhood is huge. Seeing past LFS students in the audience was special. We were reminded of the community that we have created, that you have our back… and that we’ve still got it 😜🤣

Thanks to our dance dad @vegeta.123.em for pics, videos and being our #1 cheerleader ❤️🎉 To @michelle_miguez and @mya.wollf for the support and setting up the ring for us and to @jp.marin.56 for being another awesome dance dad!

Shout out to @jqclothingltd for the sassy outfits! 🔥

Miss our performance? We’re going to be doing a revised version at Robson Square - Sunday August 30th. See you there!

If you made it to the end of this caption and to the last picture in the carousel, you’re a real one 🥰

More pics and videos to come!

Gracias! ❤️ by @lfsdance

We’re stoked to announce that we’re back in the ring with @luchalibre.spectacular August 1 and 2!

Our favourite event of the year and we’re bringing that Latin fusion energy, LFS style 🔥

Wrestling, beer, tacos and dancing.. what more do you want?

After taking some time off (just you know, creating little humans 👶👶) we can’t wait to dance next to some of our company dancers at Loco Ocho!

See you there mi gente!! ❤️🔥

Today, we got together to just move our bodies. We felt rusty and out of shape both physically and mentally but our goal was to just dance and have fun and how could we not with our boys watching? Turns out they wanted to join in 🥰

With mid workout feedings and diaper changes, we went with the flow and made it work.

We felt so good to just move our bodies for fun, to sweat and to dance together again❤️

Should we do a babies Latinsanity class? 🤔

Happy International Women’s Day from many years of our LFS line 🤣 We love seeing all of these confident, sassy, bad ass women coming together to support and empower each other. This community is filled with a beautifully diverse group of women each with their own story. Together, we are unstoppable.

Today, and everyday, we celebrate ALL women.

Nuestra familia ❤️ Feliz día de la mujer❤️

We’ve never actually posted the full video of one of our favourite performances! This one meant a lot to us. ❤️

In front of our home community, we needed to tap in to something meaningful as individuals and come together as a team to showcase the sisterhood, empowerment and self love that this routine was created to show. It meant a lot to us to hear from you that you could feel the emotion and the story behind the choreography, that’s what we dream for as artists! ✨

What’s your favourite part of this number? Let us know! 👇

One of our favourite things about last year was the addition of our company training class “Training for Dancers”. It was important to us that our dancers weren’t just learning choreography but were training using specific drills to help them as dancers, help them get strong, help with mobility, balance, flexibility and technique and damn… it was a workout 😅

Although we’re taking a break this year, this may be one we bring back for a workshop!

For now, you can use our 30 minute strength and conditioning flow on our YouTube channel! Link in bio - let us know how it goes! 💪
