I had doubts and fears about my dance ability, my body, what people would think. I danced. I HAD FUN. I remembered why I danced in the first place and let go of all the noise, the nonsense, the comparison, the ego. In return I got love, support, encouragement and fell in love with dance again. Not that it ever left.. but this time it feels different. Thank you to my @lfsdance family for always being there. For making me feel like a powerhouse. I’m not sure what’s next in my dance journey but for now I’m enjoying taking different classes and training again. I’m feeling the urge to do some sort of program/workshop (as a student!) … let me know what I should do! 💃❤️

LFS Dance is Latin Fusion with Soul. Known for their high-energy performances, Lauren and Marilu are excited to perform after a break for maternity leave. Today they are joined by one of their company dancers, Sarina, as they perform an adapted version of the routine they performed at Lucha Libre Spectacular. They performed this routine a few weeks ago in a wrestling ring, and again at Robson! ➡️ Give it up for this amazing and unique fusion performance 🤩

Another lucha post because I need to shout out this crew ❤️💥🔥 Honestly the BEST time being back with @lfsdance at @luchalibre.spectacular! It was an immediate yes when @mariluretana_ and @l__fletch asked if I'd come back for Lucha Libre and bring that spicy Latin fusion that LFS is known for! And I love that our rehearsals and prep were always so professional and FUN - dancing with @alizacreative and @zee_bugz again was a DREAM Most of all, I'm so proud and happy for Marilú and Lauren that yall got to show the people why you're STILL the powerhouses you are & what makes LFS so special. Thank you for bringing me on for this incredible weekend again❤️ Who wants to see more of LFS again?! 👀
