I am SO PLEASED to Introduce…

The LFT: Unplugged Wellness Retreat Membership!

🥳🥳🥳

I am so excited to implement this!!

When it comes to the services I offer, I don’t want barriers to entry, as I believe that all women in entrepreneurship and leadership should be loved on and poured into in safe, positive and supportive space with others just like us.

This is a 12 month membership, designed to provide you with ongoing support and guidance on your wellness journey both before AND after your 4 day retreat experience.

This is how it works:

My membership allows you to attend one (or more!) of my retreats while having the ability to stretch your retreat payments over the 12 month term—yep, that’s right!!!

Boss Ladies: I’m on a mission to make this experience more accessible and convenient for you to prioritize your wellbeing without any financial strain.

There are 3 membership tiers available for you to choose from!

All tiers include the following:
-priority booking
-access to any retreat within your 12 month membership term
-monthly group wellness coaching calls
-library of wellness retreat content and resources
-access to all bonus master classes and workshops

Message me or comment below to connect with me on this!

***If you and I have connected in the past about my wellness retreats, and you were very interested but couldn’t attend due to timing or not being able to allocate funds all at once, THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO MAKE A MOVE.***

I still have 3 spots available for my next retreat, April 21-24, 2025! One of these spots can be yours TODAY!

Three years ago, this was just a dream scribbled in a notebook. Fast-forward to today, and we are in Puerto Rico with a room full of women who lead, give, and pour into others every single day — and we got to watch them finally pour back into themselves.

@lft_unplugged was built for the woman who holds everything together. The one who rarely stops. The one who needed a space that was hers — to unplug, to breathe, to reset.

With so much gratitude, I can say that these women showed up. Fully.

Watching these leaders laugh without an agenda, rest without guilt, and reconnect with themselves reminded us exactly why we started this work. What began as a vision three years ago is now something we can feel, touch, and witness — and we are just getting started.

To every woman who trusted us with her time, her energy, and her presence: thank you. You are the reason this dream keeps growing.
🌿 “You cannot pour from an empty cup — and you deserve to be full.”

The food in 🇵🇷 was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Every dish felt like a celebration of culture, history, and pure flavor. Being able to cook 🍳 and eat in a place so deeply rooted in culinary tradition was truly inspiring. The ingredients were vibrant, fresh, and full of life, bringing every bite to another level. There was an undeniable rhythm in the way flavors came together—bold, soulful, and unforgettable.

Each meal felt intentional, as if it told a story passed down through generations. The aromas alone were enough to pull you in and make you stay awhile. Cooking there awakened a deeper appreciation for simplicity done right. It reminded me that food is more than nourishment—it’s connection, expression, and joy.

Experiencing Puerto Rico through its cuisine was nothing short of euphoric ✨️, and it’s a feeling that will stay with me long after the last bite. taken in Rincón, Puerto Rico by @lft_unplugged
