Bit of extra padwork with Ajarn Wat at the end of training after being put through my paces by Kru Bancha. I was expecting Ajarn to sweep me at some point but luckily no sweep came today 🤣 taken in Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA by @liam.fightingfit

Fight camps can feel endless until you hit that brief recovery period before entering the ring. The weight cut, even if it’s easy can feel like a drag, fight day itself flashes by so quickly whether you win or lose, that you’re always left wanting more. It’s like anticipating a meal all week, only to drop the last bite and realise you’ve got a gruelling eight week wait for the next one and the cycle repeats. The last trip to Bangkok with the team was a movie though. taken in Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA by @liam.fightingfit

Got the win. Back in the gym. Started to see some of the work I’ve put in over last couple of camps come out through instinct but still lots I’ve worked that didn’t get shown, and a lot I can nitpick at to improve and build upon. Overall was a wicked weekend finally getting on the same card as my team mates @skervick_wmt & @karltannian who both won as well. Thanks to @ajarn_wat and all the coaches at @bangtaomuaythaimma for their guidance and holding me to a high standard, especially my main coach Kru Bancha @bancha.ak.motorbike who oversees everything I do. Thanks to everyone who messaged and all the support from people back home and around the world, it means a lot. All praise to the most high. Onto the next. taken in Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA by @liam.fightingfit
