🥊 Life of a fighter @bangtaomuaythaimma
🏆 Former UK no.1 | British Champ x2 |Intercontinental Champ

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Fight week. The fight is Saturday. Your mind has already had it ten times.

I’ve coached fighters for 15 years. Almost every one of them does this. They call it preparation. Most of the time it’s repetition, and it takes the rest their body needs.

Next time you catch it, name it: “Fight.”
Then come back to one thing that’s actually in front of you. The fork. The food. The person talking to you.

You’re not ignoring the fight. You’re saving yourself for it.

Send this to a fighter in camp.

Been on this weightloss journey this year and it has been an up and down struggle for me.

When I get busy with stuff the first thing that goes is the things that make me healthy.

I love Muay Thai but just don't get enough opportunities to train. Truth be told that is BS from me.

I just get embarrassed. Everytime I get a chance I made excuses.

@liam.fightingfit when he was in the UK got me moving around and it got me enjoying the sport again. He went to Thailand to conquer the world and I just fell off again.

The other week though I got a chance to train with @sajboxer he is an amazing coach. Just passionate about Muay Thai.

He got me so hyped again. I can't thank him enough. Need to get back in a session with him.

When I do something I love, I am relentless. Feeling healthier then I have for some time now.

Enjoying this journey.

This feels like it’s happened before… 🫨💥 RWS August 29th Recap OUT NOW 🔗

In this week’s RWS recap, I break down all the big talking points from the weekend’s action.

🥊 Pangtor defeats Jaroensook by unanimous decision to claim the Rajadamnern Stadium Bantamweight title.
💥 Egor Bikrev produces another brutal KO, stopping Petchsamui with a spinning elbow in Round 2.
🇮🇪 Karl Tannian continues his impressive RWS run, defeating Zsombor Nemeth by unanimous decision.

I take a closer look at all three fights, what impressed me, what went wrong for the losers and what could be next for some of the biggest names competing at Rajadamnern.

A dream come true ❤️‍🔥

For two years it has been my number one goal to fight on @rwsmuaythai and I am so grateful to be given the opportunity 🙏🏼

Getting the win and sharing the night with my bros @karltannian & @liam.fightingfit made it a very special night that I’ll never forget.

As always, thank you to my trainer @kru_m__bangtao_muaythai, @ajarn_wat and the @bangtaomuaythaimma staff and team for pushing me to the big stage, believing in me and making it happen.

As for my performance, I know I can do better. Back to the gym soon, we got lots to work on 🫡🇮🇪
