Pure raging that I didn't think of the caption "Whisky on the rocks" before @barneyfrombelfast did. Dream trip to Islay thanks @thebotanistgin @bruichladdich for hosting. #whiskyontherocks taken in Bruichladdich Distillery, Islay by @liam_broom

Tonight I have the pleasure of attending the Bar Magazine Awards after being nominated this year for "Best Venue Manager."

@silverleaf_bar is also nominated for "Best Interior Design" so I've commemorated this by putting my feet on the furniture.

@ruebenjc is also nominated for "Best Mixologist."

I'm glad someone thinks I put staff in bar good.

In all seriousness, it is truly an honour to be recognised amongst all the other major talent not only in the incredible line up but in the UK bar scene.

Good luck to every individual nominated tonight and see you tonight if you're there! by @liam_broom

Here's my top 3 caption ideas for my 'merry Christmas everyone post':
1) A douchebag in a pear tree
2) Dr. Who extra pictured in Christmas scene
3) I colour matched my outfit to these sparkly robins in Kew gardens.

Spent the vast majority of my time at the @stauningwhisky X @silverleaf_bar X @littlereddoorparis takeover back in September piping little red dots onto perfectly circular garnishes.
.
No surprises there then.

Amazing turn out for the @nico2soto masterclass and takeover. Thanks to everyone who came down and also listened to me talk about our menu philosophy.

Staff Appreciation post no.2.
.
A bittersweet post as today is @longjohnblaxk 's last shift. Josh has had a huge impact on what @silverleaf_bar has become.
.
Josh was the first person who @thechristanner and I hired for the bar in October 2021 and has since gone from strength to strength, eventually stepping into a senior bartender role.
.
He has inspired others, won competitions, put drinks on menus and just overall killed it in his nearly 2 years tenure.
.
I am thankful for our time together and will continue to call josh a good friend as well as an ex colleague.
.
Best of luck to whatever the future brings.
.
Come see josh tonight for his last service.
