Great pleasure to co-host a sensory tasting on touch with world leading cocktail creator, Liam Broom at Silverleaf. His perfectly judged, clarified cocktails are a masterclass in harmonious flavour combinations

First stop on the European Tour was Ol' London Town, filled with awesome events, amazing people and the successful introduction of our Caribbean cocktail bar to a whole new continent...
Thank you so much to everyone who came along, spread the word, helped with the events, and especially everyone at our incredible hosts, Café Pacifico, Rhum Tavern and Fitz's Bar at Kimpton Fitzroy.

My time as Bar & Events Coordinator of @silverleaf_bar has come to an end.

Pride is still happening though! I’ve been working very hard these past six months in curating this amazing event to celebrate a great community within the drinks industry and I will keep working in creating safe spaces for everyone in the industry.

I’ll be at Silverleaf on the 28th June. Join me on the night and come celebrate Pride with us 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🎉

I've been part of this project since pre-opening and what a great journey it was! Started as a Junior Bartender, progressed to Bartender and this past year I’ve been curating all the events as Bar & Events Coordinator.

I learnt so much from the project and everyone involved. These past few weeks have been so emotional and I thank everyone who has been supporting me. I will keep trying to be a positive change in the drinks industry 💪

@liam_broom thank you for bringing me onto this project, and being my mentor and friend these past 3 years. You were the first person who truly believed in my potential and helped me be a better bartender, manager and person. I will miss you the most 💔

A few moments to remember:
1. Last year’s promo video for Pride Vol. 1. Thanks @fabsnaps.png
2. Probably one of the first photos of me and Liam
3. First team portrait 🥹
4. In @50bestbars North America after Silverleaf’s first takeover at @overstory
5. With the legends @like.minded.creatures
6. More legends @katanakitten_nyc @masanyc
7. First anniversary 🎂
8. Another legend - I’m so grateful
9. The best Safe Spaces crew ❤️ @couchstirchleyb30 @angelsenvy
10. Empowerment Series: International Women’s Day

Alba x Aberfeldy ⁣
⁣
This is the last week to check out the @aberfeldy residency at Silverleaf’s hidden bar, Alba. ⁣
⁣
The talented @silverleaf_bar team have created a three cocktail menu with Aberfeldy 12yo, inspired by Argentinian ingredients and flavours to showcase our new Aberfeldy 21yo finished in Malbec casks from Finca Ambrosia in Argentina, which you’ll get a dram of alongside one of the beautiful cocktails when you book a ticket. 🥃🍷⁣
⁣
There is also an Argentinian inspired small plates menu if you needed anymore tempting! 🇦🇷⁣
⁣
Open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week (and there might be a few giveaway tickets available to industry and friends… DM me for more info)! ⁣
