A 2nd Place for Classic Physique Athlete @liamdenton in today’s IFBB Pro League Japan Pro Qualifier.

A tremendous feat to not only back up 6 days later, but to do so with significant improvements, and easily the most impressive package we’ve put together thus far.

As a coach, it’s evident to me that the gap between Amateur and Professional status for Liam is closing, and with 6kg left to play with in his Amateur Cap, we will continue to do exactly that. by @liamdenton

And just like that, Classic Physique Athlete @liamdenton is officially 3 Weeks Out from the 1st of potentially 3 competitive appearances this season, marking his 3rd IFBB season and 4.5 years of working together.

I could speak at length about the level of professionalism, consistency, and intent Liam has demonstrated across the last 33 weeks, 20 weeks of offseason growth followed by 13 weeks of contest preparation, yet these visuals communicate that story far better.

What I will say is that the standard Liam has set throughout this entire process has established a new benchmark within Crabtree Performance.

The attention to detail, the willingness to give relentless effort until it simply became effortless, and the consistency with which he has approached every week of this process have been entirely self driven.

Last weeks mock peak taking in over 4,500g of carbohydrate across 6 days, combined with more than four years of accumulated data, experience together, and trust in the process, has allowed us to develop a level of predictability that makes the peaking process feel less like informed estimation and more like a fine art. taken in Bangkok by @liamdenton
