It’s 2024 and I’m starting my own management company - Full Circle mgmt (@fullcircle_mgmt).

I call it Full Circle because I believe in a holistic approach to talent representation.

I am proud to take this step because being in line with my true self has been a lifelong process. And this feels like what I should be doing at this moment in time.

I want to thank Merhawi Keflezighi (@hawimanagement), who I worked for the last 8 years. Merhawi opened the door for me. I cold called him in 2012 when I was selling truck leases in Elmira, NY. I was passionate and creative…but didn’t know how I was going to make something out of my life. Merhawi heard me out, gave me a shot and became a great mentor and friend. I can’t thank him enough.

I’m grateful to Ashley Henderson (@iamsimplyash) for joining me on this journey as my co-worker and teammate. Ashley, you have already had a stellar career, and to have you joining me after everything you’ve accomplished means a lot to me 🙏🏻🙏🏻

And I’m thankful to the 10 clients I’m starting this journey with - Adam Wood (@thewoodsrun), Alexi Pappas (@alexipappas), Camila Jaber (@camilajaber), David Kilgore (@davidkilgore), Eric Holt (@ericholtthebolt), Joe DiNoto (@orchardstreetrunners), Luis Orta (@ortaluis), Nev Schulman (@nevschulman), Tyra Gittens (@tyragittens), Zaakiyah Brisker (@southcentral.run) - let’s rock. by @liamfayle
