Dear Oliver Kleovoulos Owens ‘Ollie’,
I love you. No matter who or what you become nothing will change the feeling I have for you. You are my blood and my reason for everything. Your mother and I will forever be there for you. No matter what. We will show you doors to which, you will choose to enter. We will give you opportunity and options for whatever they may be. We will support you all the way and will forever be by your side. Welcome to this world my son, may it be the journey of a lifetime for the destination is what drives you to learn and grow! 💙🛹 #familyforever by @liamowens

Watching this vision take shape and having all the people involved, giving it their all has been nothing short of amazing.

It truly is a work of art seeing it come to life from pen to paper to now hammer to nail.

I’ve had a lot of ‘pinch me’ moments through this process which goes to show if you stick to something, lock in and never give up believing in yourself, you can actually get things done.

There’s still LOTS to do before we open but I promise you. You will NOT be disappointed. It’s shaping up to be an incredible wellness experience for the community of St. John’s.

The team and I are all so grateful for the messages and interest already coming in about the space. Thank you all so much!

January 30th cannot come soon enough! 👀

We had the pleasure of representing @kovesanctuary in Donald Bradley’s #wimhofmethod course. An absolute must for ice immersion enthusiasts. Highly recommend! ❄️ @ice_whistler ❄️
