Yesterday was super special as the first full day of coaching AND CORNERING with @jesspanero as husband and wife. I couldn’t ask for a better partner to collaborate with guiding athletes through the chaos combat. We already agree on what is valuable to earn victories and use our different backgrounds to compliment each other, finding the right message to get through to our athletes like @bamba.mma . He started cutting the cage so well that the opponent eventually earned a point deduction for timidity.

Thank you @1farahmma for lending me the meta glasses to capture the experience, it will forever be a core memory.

@kaizen_mma went 5-0 across two promotions at all amateur levels, from debuts to championships. by @liampanero

We worked guard frames and the difference between flat and on your side. Flat = stuck. On your side = options to sweep, stand, or escape. The class was drilling three frame positions and you could see the defense tighten up across the board. Proud of how everyone showed up for this one. 🤙
