I cannot believe my little sister is 18 years old!!!! An adult!!! I got kicked off of her instagram supervision today!! It’s okay... I trust her, mostly.

I just went through our old pictures and, in my mind, she is still this cute little baby following me around asking to help me do my makeup and show me a dance she made up 🥹 and then I look at her and see a little woman in front of me and I am so so proud. I’m teary typing this!! I’m the big baby here !!!

ok last post about this day (for awhile) 🥰 after he proposed, he tricked me into going on a long walk down the beach and had a whole party of our besties waiting for us to celebrate with crowns, sashes, drinks, and homemade snacks!!! 🥹💘 and then had an airbnb for us to all stay in to celebrate all night 😭 i don’t think i have ever been so overwhelmed ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 taken in Montaña de Oro State Park by @libbbyhunter

so my word of 2026 is reconnect 😇🦋 with myself (body, mind and spirit), with the world (people, plants, even the news). last year was a big one for me, stepping into my new but longtime coming role as ‘doctor’. settling back into my life in NorCal. trying to let my nervous system heal after decades of school. i’m ready to see what this year (and next decade of life) will bring 💓

so looking back one last time to 2025 — and forgive me, i’m about to post 2 more that I simply can’t let live in my drafts 😅 — as a year I am endlessly thankful for. ps this was my most listened to song in 2025 lol sorry smino ill see you next year, i needed a calm season 😘😂 taken in Sonoma County by @libbbyhunter

& then spent the rest of the weekend with (most of my) besties laughing, cooking, dancing, crafting.. only a little bit of crying hahaha 30 is wild and it was perfect ❤️‍🔥🦅🐅🦒💃🏼🦓🍹🐆 beyond blessed!
