A quick trip to Humboldt to the Flevares wedding in my beautiful little hometown 💚

Thank you to @libbbyhunter for being my date while the hubby was at a bachelor party. Fun fact Libby and I were @hayden__flevares freshman orientation leaders in highschool. 🤪 I loved watching his and @e.calvinfurbee love story then and continuing through the Chico days. Thank you for letting us be a part of you tying the knot, we had the BEST time. 💃💍

I also got to take my kids to my tiny elementary school to play. Love these memories at home 🌲🌊☀️

We’re so excited to share this Montana sapphire design! We met with Dio late last year to begin planning his fiancée’s engagement ring. The way he spoke about her with so much love and admiration is something that we’ll never forget—we were moved, to be honest.

We’re so lucky to see so much love up close and personal every single day. It’s a great reminder that no matter how overwhelming the world can seem, love & joy are happening all around us.

Congrats, love birds! We’re honored to be a tiny part of your love story. 💫❤️

It’s my 30th birthday today🎂🤯 The end of an era, but also the beginning of one🎉

A lot of mixed emotions…but mostly feeling grateful💗 Grateful to be alive. Grateful to have the privilege to do what I love & work towards my dreams every day. Grateful to be surrounded by the most incredible people & have the BEST support system ever.

I’ve never posted a photo/video dump before, but figured now would be an appropriate time😝 In 2025, I directed films, walked the red carpet, camera operated for the NBA, photographed A-list celebrities, wielded weapons, became a dog mom, jammed out, danced at raves/concerts, traveled internationally, explored in nature, & made a lot of memories with people I love🥰 This past year was incredible & I know that 2026 will be even better as I enter my 30s💯

The adventure continues🔥

☀️ Sun exposure. Skin cancer. Vitamin D. Sunscreen safety.
If you’ve felt overwhelmed by the back-and-forth health advice in this area… you are so not alone.

As someone with fair skin and chronically low vitamin D, I’ve wrestled with this balance personally — and I see it all the time in my patients too. One day you’re told to get outside. The next, you’re warned to stay out of the sun and questioned about your sunscreen. It’s no wonder people end up doing nothing at all.

But you don’t have to choose between protecting your skin and getting enough vitamin D.

✅ A few minutes of direct sun exposure (without sunscreen) each day can support healthy vitamin D levels — especially if you time it right for your location and skin tone.
✅ I recommend the D-Minder app to guide this safely and effectively.
✅ Annual vitamin D testing can give you real insight — and yes, supplementation is an option.
✅ When you’re out longer, smart protection matters: clean mineral sunscreen (we shared picks in Monday’s quiz), hats, shade, UPF clothing.

🌿 Nature is healing — the goal isn’t to avoid it. It’s to engage with it wisely.

✨ Feeling like health advice is chaos right now? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out yourself.
At Aya, we help you cut through the noise and make confident, informed choices that support your whole health.

📍Save this post so you can come back to it before your next sunny day.
🌞 Share it with someone who’s felt paralyzed by the sun/sunscreen debate.
