POSTS STORIES REELS
* I recently had the opportunity to speak with one of my closest and dearest friends @nictrunfio. Nicole is the founder of @bumpsuit and she has created The Village Podcast, to share stories and ideas to embody the innate wisdom of a village to serve and support mothers. It is such an incredible resource and well of inspiration. Speaking with Nicole about my experience has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. To have an open and safe space to share about the loss of my daughter and the powerful transformation that took place in her absence has given me a renewed sense of purpose. This is one of the most heartfelt conversations I have ever had about my daughter, her birth, her death and the immense gratitude and beauty that has unfolded in my life because of her brief time here. Please join us tomorrow for the release of this deeply healing conversation. I hope that it inspires, enlivens and touches you. Loss is difficult to talk about but in doing so we lift the veil of illusion about our lives and the inevitable release we shall all experience from our own physical form. Our brief time here is what makes being human so precious, the invitation is to love deeply and to make every moment count. Thank you for your continued love and support. Sending all my love to you on a carrier wave of light. May you know in your heart how deeply loved you are. by @libbyjuneweintraub
A look into our Infant + Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month Retreat last Sunday 🕊️ Our third year bringing this special event to mothers processing loss and we are so grateful to our hosts @thenesthollywood for providing us the safe space we need to connect with our hearts. The retreats are special because they give us a bit of extra time to work together on our grief. This month we did a journaling exercise, created a collective poem, and featured a sound bath by @vanessarezende.wellness to help us integrate back into the world after our deep sharing. Our guests were also gifted with an Ayurvedic hand massage by @annecfidler, journals, @libbyjuneweintraub’s “She Was Born” books, rose quartz stones, and sage, and the softest Cloud sets by @bumpsuit, which we all changed into immediately for a full day of comfort. Warm herbal tea blends to support grief were provided by @plantlikethings and @amarakitchen nourished us with salad, wraps, and the most delectable brownie bites that we all couldn’t stop snacking on. Beautiful things happen when women come together and this event is a labor of love by many. S/o to @nictrunfio and @libbyjuneweintraub who poured so much of their hearts into these retreats from afar. We missed your presence but felt your love. If you didn’t make it to this retreat please mark your calendar for our next monthly grief circle on November 17th at 6PM. DM for more details. #pregnancyloss #infantloss #griefcircle #losangeles griefjourney by @libbyjuneweintraub

* My darling Steve, I want to take a moment to acknowledge you for everything you have poured into Crossroads this year in Austin, and for all the years you have given so much of yourself to this work. I watch you, my love. I see the countless hours, the careful thought, the conversations, and the attention you give to details that others may never know you have considered. I see how meticulous you are in bringing these events together—how deeply you care about the music, the artists, and the experience you are co-creating for everyone. What touches me most is how personally you care for each artist. You want them to feel welcomed, supported, and part of something truly special. You bring so much of your heart to those relationships, and that care becomes part of the event itself. I hope you know how much that matters. I also see how much this asks of you. The energy, the responsibility, the hours that stretch far beyond what anyone sees onstage. You give all of this freely, out of your love for Eric, your love for the music, and your belief in the work of the Crossroads Centre and the lives it can help change. Your willingness to be of service in this way moves me deeply. I see your devotion. I see your generosity. I see the love and care you put into making every part of this experience meaningful. And I am so proud of you. Even with a front-row seat to your life, I am still moved by how much you give. I hope you can pause for a moment today and let yourself feel the beauty of what you have helped create, and allow some of the love you give so freely to come back to you. Thank you for being the man you are. It is a privilege to stand beside you, to witness your heart in all of this, and to love you. I love you, with every ounce of my being!!! #crossroadsmusicfestival #ericclaptoncrossroadsguitarfestival #ericclaptoncrossroads #scooterweintraub by @libbyjuneweintraub
* MUM I felt your presence this morning, as I stood in the kitchen waiting for the kettle to boil. I was soaking wet in my swimsuit, wrapped in a towel, staring out at the pool and the rain pouring down in the garden. I made a big pot of coffee and thought of you. Thought of you swimming in the pool with me in the rain with a big smile on your face. I thought of how soft your hands were and how nice they felt to hold and all the times you ran them through my hair as a kid to soothe me to sleep. I thought about the kind of life you would be living now if you had survived and what I’d share with you over coffee at the dining room table. This photo was taken 5 days before your second brain surgery. We were milking every single moment out of our days. Do you remember? We were at the Ice Bergs swimming pool, in Bondi Beach. Our day started with coffee and some delicious muffin from the cafe and a walk to the beach with Kaycee, to watch the sunrise. You never wanted to go for a swim but when your body hit the water, your eyes lit up and you let out a gasp of “this is amazing”and “can we do this tomorrow??!!”’ You loved the small pool where kids learned to swim, it was filled to overflowing with fresh ocean water and they didn’t take the act of swimming seriously; some were there to learn, most were there laughing and sunbathing and hanging out with friends. I loved watching you from the big white rocks as you smiled and splashed around like a 5 year old, with nowhere to go and nothing to do but relax in the salt water and soak up the sunlight. I wish I could go back to that moment and steal away some more time with you. I lit a tiny white candle and placed it on the top of a muffin and spoke some words out loud to you this morning, hoping you could hear me. I love you mum. I miss sharing my life with you and I want you to know how proud of you I am because I know I never said it enough. Thank you for watching over us. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl. Thank you for reminding me that life is for living and for nudging me to jump in the pool this morning in the rain. I celebrate you everyday but especially today, Happy Birthday. by @libbyjuneweintraub
* I AM THRIVING. ✨ Don’t let anyone’s limited version of reality shape your own. Twelve months ago, after reviewing the MRI of my hips, I was told by three surgeons that I had severe osteoarthritis, a torn Labrum, joint effusion in the right hip and I would need hip replacement surgery. I absolutely refused to accept that reality for myself and set out on a journey to find the most superior nutrition, supplements and movement modalities that would allow my body to not only recover but become more résiliant. I started physiotherapy with Dr. Rober Forster, in Santa Monica. He had me stop all training for a month, focus on reconnecting to my body, learning to listen on a deeper level and strengthen the mind body connection. His protocols helped me unravel many unconscious, compensation patterns that had developed in my body over the years, placing undue stress on my joints, specifically my right hip. I transitioned from physiotherapy to Pilates with @tihendricks - we focused on activating and reinvigorating all of the muscles around my hips and strengthening my core. She helped me get my body back online again - all parts began talking and moving together in unison. I started taking the peptides, BPC 157 and Thymosin beta-4, along with other supplements prescribed by my integrative doctor. I also added in key nutrients and supplements from @welleco by @ellemacpherson to ensure I was getting enough protein. Their Nourishing Protein, The Collagen elixir and The Super Elixir have been a game changer!!! The work I accomplished with Tiffany allowed me to add in strength training and very mindfully build upon and continue my work with @corentinnoret and @bestretch.methode @formfitness.sbh_officiel I am thankful and thrilled with my progress. I find myself moving into more nuanced strength training with Tiffany and her husband @thewaltersavage and I feel stronger, more confident and healthier than I’ve ever been in my life. Many thanks Dr. Sara Koorjee, Dr. Robert Forster, @scooterweintraub_forreal @ellemacpherson @welleco @tihendricks @thewaltersavage @corentinnoret @jake_marotta @bestretch.methode @formfitness.sbh_officiel ❤️ by @libbyjuneweintraub
* GABRIELA Wow, 19 years sure flies by fast…. It feels like yesterday you were 5 years old, all smiles and laughter, sitting in a pile of color, on the living-room floor in your Snow White dress, blowing out the candles on your birthday cake that your mum made. Your grandmother was still alive then, my mother, who surely is shining her brightest today in celebration of you. You are so brave. I remember that afternoon in the cafe when I spoke about caterpillars and how they transform into butterflies and how when people pass away they go through a similar process and you just looked at me with your big eyes and smiled. I thought the story would be helpful, but something’s don’t need to be helped, they need to be felt and that look in your eyes told me everything. I will never forget the long trip you took from Perth to LA on your own at 15, and how your face was all flush with excitement when I picked you up at the airport. Nor will I forget, the massive smile on your uncle Scooters face when we opened the front door to the house. I remember these special moments and cherish them all. The poetry cafe in the east Village, The ferry to the Statue of Liberty and the horse ride in Central Park with Meredith. Breakfast at The Bowery Hotel, your first bagel. Three days in and out of court houses learning about law, as you felt into the possibility of it being your calling. It feels like a dream and yet here you are, a young woman, finding your way and following your heart, not the crowd. Your first year in college studying psychology and neuroscience. Wow! You are an amazing friend, a cherished sister to Olivia, a beloved daughter, a devoted girlfriend to Dash, a cousin, my niece and my dear, sweet friend, the kindest of souls. In your eyes, I see and feel all the goodness that ever was, living inside you. The light you were born with burns brightly still. I am so inspired by your honesty and your bravery, and your warmth towards others but mostly, your warmth towards yourself - because it’s something I’ve spent a lifetime cultivating and here you are already orienting yourself towards it. Happy Birthday Gabriella, I love you!! by @libbyjuneweintraub
* JACQUELINE As the years pass by, I continue to be so deeply touched by you. Your magical and otherworldly voice, your kindness, the way you share about your life experiences, and how devoted you are to your family and making this world a brighter place. Thank you for over three decades of enduring friendship, laughter, late nights and joyful tears. I love you, and I am so honored to walk beside you in this life. HAPPY BIRTHDAY @_jacqueline_michelle my darling friend. May you always know how cherished and beloved you are. ♥️🌺✨ by @libbyjuneweintraub
Every rep has a purpose. Every moment has its timing. Stay aligned with your training. Here’s my client Libby showing exactly that. Great work girl! by @libbyjuneweintraub
* A Breakthrough Moment. Eight days ago I was in the hospital. I’ve never been so sick in my life. I contracted a stomach virus a few days earlier and vomited so much I was dangerously dehydrated. The bile from the vomit burnt the entire inside of my mouth making it impossible to eat. My mouth was swollen and enflamed, swallowing hurt, brushing my teeth hurt and I couldn’t eat anything solid for four days. The only thing that seemed to help was a vegan protein powder mixed with cold almond milk, sipped slowly through a straw. I had to learn how to eat solid foods again and be patient as my digestive system slowly came back online. I’ve lost weight, mostly muscle. Ive been frustrated and anxious not knowing how long it would take my body to heal and for me to get my strength back. I’ve spent the last few years strategically building strength to support my body through this next chapter of my life. It’s been devastating to watch it disappear before my eyes in the mirror each morning. The past four days have been big milestones for me. I’ve woken up each day with more energy than the day before. I’ve eaten two solid meals including a protein shake. I’ve practiced Qi Gong by the pool, an ancient moving meditation practice that helps to cultivate, circulate and store energy in the bodies vital centers. I’ve sat in the sun and done a few rounds of Wim Hoff breathing practice and taken long swims in the pool. I’ve been on a deep listening exploration these past few days to discover what my body needs and what she’s capable and willing to do. I’ve been working on basic plank holds in the gym to help support core strength and build digestive fire, simple squats using my body weight, and pushups done on my knees. Yesterday was a great day but today was a breakthrough day. I woke up with so much energy. I could feel the life force flowing through me again and it felt so good. I did my morning practices, had breakfast and met my friend and trainer at the gym for some additional support. We did a basic warm up and moved through some simple exercises using weights. I feel my strength returning and I am so grateful. ✨ by @libbyjuneweintraub
