Over the years I have done some amazing courses. Not all of them are resourced-based logical courses.

The ones that I love are energy healing courses like Psych-K, Rehad Sekh Em, Violet Flame and more. ♥️

They have all led me to where I am now and how I work with my clients in my business. 🌟

I use all of the tools I have learned within my business and also for my own personal development.

There is a side to me that I keep quiet and have done for a long time and yet the healer in me can and is helping so many people.💫💫💫

I had chronic pain for 17 years and am now pain-free and have been for some years, I had generational trauma which created the physical pain. I can see how generational patterns are passed down the line. This is why I work with families the way I do. 🥰

I believe that our bodies and minds can heal themselves. I am living proof of that.♥️

Recently I became a Life Activation Practitioner which can heal 7 generations.

So many parents are at a loss trying to help their children through their struggles and so many children young people suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and so the list goes on.😮‍💨😮‍💨

When a parent heals the generational traumas and patterns it has a positive ripple effect throughout the family.
