And here’s the truth:

Parenting is far more triggering than we expect.

Not because we’re failing.

But because children activate parts of us that were never fully seen, soothed or understood.

On the The Conscious Conception Show on the 17th March I’ll be speaking with Elizabeth (Libby) Steggles-Ginn The Emoji Coach about:

• Healing childhood wounds

• Breaking inherited patterns

• Raising confident, emotionally secure children

• Why self-love before baby matters

Because when couples embody self-care and emotional awareness before conception…

they give their future child the greatest gift.

🎙 Join us live on Tuesday 17th March at 3.30pm UK, 7.30am PT, 10.30am ET

If this resonates it would be lovely to have you join us.

Follow so you don't miss it.

Our wonderfulworldofwellbeing.com team are looking forward to this evening. It will be our first live business gathering in 17 months, and it is going to be great connecting with people again - face 2 face.

We have changed venue, we now have a business space that accommodates social distancing even though the restrictions have been lifted.

Whilst we seem to have a new level of freedom, it is better to be safe than having concerns over individuals having limited space to create more future business in our new world.

What measures have you taken to stay protected? Are you full on out there without social distancing? or do you continue to manage your own space?

Continue to stay safe...Diane

It's mental health awareness week. Each of us deserve this week of awareness as a gift to ourselves. Let's face it, the past year has been challenging on my levels...and still is for many

It is my belief, there are always diamonds to be found in the rough & toughness of life, we just have to dig deep & discover the relief the diamonds bring.

This past year has brought many of us to appreciate the finer things in life like SELFCARE for one. More people are taking care of themselves, addressing issues on physical as well as mental levels more so than ever before.
Quite frankly, we deserve it. It's not always the big shifts that bring about release, change and shifts....those tiny gestures of SELFCARE are a return to loving ourselves, and every human being is so so worth it.

Let's start with ourselves

What do you enjoy the most when taking care of yourself?
