Filtering pigment through socks in the Saudi desert.

One of the more niche jobs I’ve ended up doing while producing work for artists over the years.

This was during a project with @david_popa_art in AlUla. We were working with natural pigments on site and, as usual, the practical reality of making something ambitious was considerably stranger than anything written in the production plan.

I love this photo because it sums up a lot of what I enjoy about the work. You can spend months planning a project, but at some point you are usually standing somewhere unexpected solving a problem nobody predicted.

That combination of creative understanding and practical resourcefulness is a big part of what sits behind Nonesuch now.

The summer I slowed down, stayed inside (mostly) and worked out the business I am so excited to continue building ✨ After being late-diagnosed AuDHD earlier this year - where I put my energy is more intentional than ever… lucky these lot made the cut 🤟 by @liclarke

Nonesuch Works is here.

The name came to me at university and long before I knew what it would become or what shape it would take. It’s an old word meaning without equal. It felt right then and it still does.

What sits underneath it has been building for a long time. Thinking about creativity, care, and what it actually means to support an artist. Not just practically, but creatively - in a way that keeps the work true to their own unique narratives.

Really proud to finally be giving that a real home. ❤️

Launched yesterday and live until the 10th, ‘Rise and Shine’ by @lakwena has been an absolute delight to produce. Commissioned by @theartofldn and curated by @newpublicprojects , the work was crafted by the talented team at @wyliewood.ltd , led by the incredible Steve Wylie. Together, we ensured Lakwena’s 80s–90s dance scene vision was brought to life and installed seamlessly in Piccadilly Circus.

Huge thanks to the entire team at @newpublicprojects for trusting us to produce a work celebrating community, music, and energy. Shout out to Jen Barnes for pulling the teams together for a flawless install 😎.

Over two weeks, we battled every type of weather to complete @david_popa_art ‘s most complex artwork to date. Entwined into the walls of Whitby Abbey, it celebrates 7 people who have National Lottery funding to preserve culture and heritage in the UK and was expertly presented by @sirtonyrobinson

Using only natural pigments and only seen from the eye of a drone, the work will gradually fade away in the coming weeks - leaving no trace that we were ever there 🤘🏼🍃

A proud job moment 🥰 Feeling honoured to have managed such a meaningful @mtartagency project for the creation of @rayvenndclark_art sculptures in the new @eji_org sculpture park in Alabama.

The sculpture park, which opens March 27, weaves art installations, historic artefacts and personal narratives to explore the history of slavery in America and honour the millions of people who endured its brutality.

A stunning curation of works and experiences to visit.

A special thanks to our makers @millimetremakes for helping bring them to life! taken in Montgomery, Alabama by @liclarke

Behind the scenes of one of the most rewarding projects I have had the pleasure of managing for @mtartagency @david_popa_art 🌞 Insane teamwork went into this one to make it happen 🫶

In line with #SaudiVision2030, the Royal Commission for AlUla introduces the #ICare campaign, an initiative aiming to promote the importance of protecting and preserving our rich cultural heritage. This vital message will be embodied through a unique ephemeral artwork at #UNESCO World Heritage Site #Hegra, created by renowned artist David Popa.
