BARELY FUCKTIONING (adj.)

Technically alive.
Physically present.
Emotionally operating on approximately 1%.

The house needs cleaning.
The kids need feeding.
The laundry is a never ending task
My nails need doing
And don’t even get me started on my roots 🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s really been one of those days, correction… weeks!

This feels 100% me right now!

Anyway, I’ll pour the wine and pretend that tomorrow-me has it all figured out 🙋🏼‍♀️

Just saying 🦖🥂

I’m no longer waiting for a “special occasion”.

Made it through the school run? Champagne. 🏫
Booked the holiday? Champagne. ✈️
Cleaned the house? Champagne. 🏡
Survived a family weekend? Definitely champagne 🙋🏼‍♀️

Life is short.
The kids are expensive.
The house is never actually clean.
And apparently we’re all just winging it.

So open the bottle.
Book the flight.
Buy the dress.
Eat the cake.

Because if the dinosaurs had known what was coming… they’d have had a glass of fizz too. 💁🏼‍♀️🥂

Who’s with me?

I’m sure this will ruffle a few feathers… but I’m going to say it anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️

I married up, for love, not money ❤️

BUT… let’s not pretend money isn’t great. 😂 It gives you security, choices and gives you the ability to travel ✈️ And quite frankly, I’m a fan 💁🏼‍♀️

For me though, the real security comes from being with someone who shares my values. Someone who shows up. Someone who pulls their weight. Someone who feels like my teammate, my soulmate.

I married a man who treats me like a Princess 👑 (and yes, I fully appreciate my luck!)

He shows up every single day. He’s an amazing Dad, and more importantly, he shows our children what a proper partnership looks like. Teamwork, respect, love, laughter and having each other’s backs.

People always say, “The right partner will bring out the best in you.”

And actually… I think they’re right. ❤️

The right person doesn’t compete with you. They don’t make you smaller. They make life feel lighter. They cheer you on, pick you up when you’re wobbling, and celebrate your wins like they’re their own.

So yes…

I married up. 👑

I chose wisely. 💁🏼‍♀️

And no, I did not marry a loser. 🙌🏼

Consider this your sign. DO. NOT. SETTLE.

I mean you can’t just say it, but I think it’s a given 🙋🏼‍♀️

I need all my luxuries present 🥂

If this sounds like you too, then I can help. I have found the ultimate All Inclusive that really does include everything!

• Unlimited À la Carte dining
• Extensive wine list
• Kids club
• Spa
• In room dining
• Daily restocked mini bar
• Turndown service
• Non motorised water sports
• Premium branded drinks
• Private airport transfers
• Evening entertainment including kids disco
• Tennis and paddle courts
• Mini Countryman hire so you can explore outside of the resort
• Taittinger champagne (in you’re staying as a deluxe guest)

If this sounds like something you would enjoy, then this place has to be on your list….

**** Comment HOLS and I will send you the details ****

Thank me later 🥂

Best to always be prepared🥂

Here’s a fun fact in honour of Wine Wednesday…

A glass of champagne has the same amount of calories as a banana… choose wisely 💁🏼‍♀️🥂🍌

Cheers to that 🍾

Everybody wants this 🥂

White wine edition. Remember the perfection of the red wine glasses… well as a special treat I have got hold of the white wine version. These are also absolutely perfect for champagne too given the shape of the glass.

Not only do these glasses allow your white wine to breathe but they also allow the bubbles of champagne to fizz perfectly without too much aroma escaping from the glass!

Thin stemmed

Perfect shape

Allowing the wine to breathe

For the perfect pour

Everything you need for your next glass 🥂

Comment WINE and I will send you the link for the exact glasses I got.
