Every bit as luxurious as it looks.

@life_at5 has styled our velvet Ullswater Chesterfield Sofa with neutral soft furnishings and seasonal flowers, keeping the elegant piece as the star of the show.

Hello 👋🏼

I’ve picked up quite a few new followers lately so thought I would pop a quick “Hello” on here…

👋🏼 I’m Helen. I’ve lived here with my Husband and two boys since October 2020 (lockdown move). I started this account to document progress of turning our New Build into our Forever Home and it’s become a bit of a hobby since then. I’ve neglected this account for some time as life has just been hectic but I’m going to try and get back to it 🙆🏼‍♀️

So here’s a look at our kitchen, this is by far my favourite room in the house 💁🏼‍♀️

Three fun facts about me…

1️⃣ I love Pizza
2️⃣ I speak fluent French
3️⃣ I couldn’t live without a Vaseline tin for my lips

Anyway, thanks for following along my journey 👋🏼

Tulips 🌷

Tulip season is fully upon us now and I am loving it 🙋🏼‍♀️

How beautiful are these that I got from @lidlgb they’ve got such a big selection right now so it’s hard to choose which ones to go for 🙆🏼‍♀️

Anyway they’re so beaut I didn’t think they needed any styling, so it’s a simple Sunday post from me today 💁🏼‍♀️

I hope you’re all well and have have a fabulous weekend 🤍

Frosty Sunday ❄️

Good morning Insta Fam 👋🏼

How beautiful is this frosty cold snap of weather 🙋🏼‍♀️

Thought I would add an exterior shot of the house this morning as a little #stillsunday and to give you all a little bit about me if you’re new to my journey 💁🏼‍♀️

So, I’m Helen and I live here with my Husband (Mr No5) and my two boys Q&A (I didn’t plan that, but maybe did I 🤷🏼‍♀️) who are 4yr and 9 months old. We’ve lived here for just over two years and are very happy in our home.
I started this account to document the progress of turning our new build house into our forever home.
I love seeing all of your beautiful homes and am constantly inspired by all of your fabulous decor and styling tips.

Anyway, thanks for following and I hope you love seeing bits of my home as much as I love sharing them 🙋🏼‍♀️

Happy Sunday Loves 🤍
