You may see a dirty cement floor — but I see a mama on a mission… jetting off once again, around the country a hair show to find hairstylists who want better products, better business and a better life and maybe some passive income 💸 and a kick-ass community to boot #StylistFirst #orlandopremiere by @lifecoachjulia

The rat race is real (especially with ⛽️ nearly $5/gal) and it’s so easy to get stuck in survival mode… just getting thru the day when you’re juggling family, work and building a book of business… and then your camera roll reminds you of that time you flew across the country to be part of a leadership retreat — where your soul was fed and reminds you that the Lords work is your work (and you been slacking 🫪)… that 6 years ago you were given a gift 🎁 that keeps on giving… more joy, expansion, adventure, personal growth, fulfillment, friendships, mentorship, leadership and you’ve been hiding🫣 not showing up as the leader you desire to be— not seeking the people you’re meant to help and not serving the ones that already raised their hand 🙋‍♀️ I can’t even fathom what life would look like now (as an empty nester 😭), what the future would hold and how my soul would feel without Jack Winn Pro — this company, my team, my mentors/colleagues/friends have had the biggest impact on who I am becoming — the future version of myself that’s going to look back at this version and say “that was a wild ride”, it was worth it, thanks for believing in yourself and surrounding yourself with people who believed in you 🫶 by @lifecoachjulia

Got a great compliment from a great friend today…. You’re so weird if you weren’t already married to Tim you’d have to go on “love at first sight” to get married 😆😂🤣

It was totally said with love and in context so l wanted to remember it — and now I’ll go back to watching my new fave show 👩‍❤️‍👨 by @lifecoachjulia

3x in my life I’ve cried after I got my haircut….

Today was one of them 😭

And I’m not talking happy tears I’m talking that is NOT a trim tears 🥶

Highlights were spot on — but the hair you see is my longest hair as I now have layers to my ears 😲 and I’m not ready to publicly reveal the rest…

As I was leaving i said “we’ll I guess I don’t have to put it up for work anymore” her response… “oh I don’t think you have enough hair for a ponytail” 😳

Now, I know my ends were a not so hot mess and I want to look professional as a salon rep when I hit the pavement this year — but this is not what I had in mind 🤦‍♀️

Excuse me while I try to fall in love with my too long to be short and too short to be long hair 🫤

P.S. if you ever sit in my chair I will NEVER do a chop when you ask for a trim… this was a great learning lesson by @lifecoachjulia

Tidied up this faux hawk today 😎 love being creative behind the chair and pampering our busy clients who wait until their hair is way too long to come see us 🤣 And feel really guilty I accidentally “stole” this client who requested Jill who “gave her the best hair cut everrrrrr” 🙌 props to Jill! taken in Sport Clips Haircuts of Hershey - Hummelstown by @lifecoachjulia
