Sometimes the biggest shift is realizing your career can become so much more than you imagined.

In today’s episode of 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥, @lifecoachjulia shares the biggest shift she’s experienced since becoming a Jack Winn Pro Ambassador. What started with buying a kit and sharing it with two colleagues opened the door to earning additional income, stepping into leadership, and eventually serving on the Jack Winn Pro Advisory Council. 💇‍♀️✨

Julia became a stylist later in her career after a background in life and business coaching. With Jack Winn Pro, she’s found a path that allows her to bring both of those worlds together.

For stylists who know they want to do more beyond their clients behind the chair, there are so many ways to grow, lead, earn, and create a career that works for you. 💬❣️

Growing an income starts with believing in what you’re sharing.

In today’s episode of 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥, @lifecoachjulia shares her advice for anyone wanting to grow an income with Jack Winn Pro: start by sharing the products. Introduce them, talk about them, and let people experience the difference for themselves. 💇‍♀️✨

For Julia, it all comes back to belief. She believes in the products, the business, the opportunity, and the vision Jack has created for stylists who want something more for their careers.

When you genuinely love what you’re using behind the chair, sharing it becomes easy. 💬❣️

I’m celebrating 18 years as a coach and business owner. What an epic journey it has been.

This work would not be possible without every woman who has walked through my door and said YES 🔥

YES to betting on yourself. YES to trusting your desires. YES to using your voice to make the world better. YES to the adventure of being fully alive. Thank you all!

This work would also not be possible without my faith and willingness to move. Being a business owner is an intense and rewarding personal growth path. You must face your fears head on and keep taking the next right step.

The love I have for this path, craft and the magic of women supporting women guides my steps forward. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

Happy day of love 💕 You are beautiful.

I'm reposting this...Because I have been reminded this week of all of the people who lift me up… So very grateful for you all!!!

What is that expression ..???
"Be the woman who straightens another woman's crown without letting the world Know it was crooked"

I love this, and it made me think ...
About the stylist that fixes another stylists apron without letting anyone know it was untied. 🤍🖤

A stylist’s stylist…
The one who claps the loudest for others
Even on days when they are sitting in the shadows…

Not just living in the digital Wonderland of social media…
Walking the real and messy streets streets of our profession like sunshine They answer the call
The real one…
The 10pm “I think I messed it up” call
The “I’m doubting myself again” text
The “I don’t know who I am behind the chair right now” kind of moment
They listen…
They commiserate
And love

They are the one's that don't just post the word community
They are community
Not in hashtags…
But in human moments
Coffee in hand
Hearts wide open

They fix your bleed mark
Straighten your line
Wipe your tears
And never…
ever…
tell a soul

They celebrates you
Even when their day has been heavy
They remind you you’re brilliant
Even when unsure of their own shine

Not perfect
But present

A stylist’s stylist knows…
That we don’t rise alone
We rise together
One highlight
One haircut
One healing moment at a time

I know so many amazing colleagues that fit this description so well.

I aspire to their compassion and empathy.

I know I will miss tagging so many of my people…
Please tag your stylist's stylists
Let's show them the love 🤍🖤🤍🖤

If you had one shot, which would it be?

For me, it’s BioBond because it keeps my fine hair from shedding and breaking. Like it’s ridiculous how little hair comes off my head.

But you know what? I don’t have to pick just one. I love me some VitaminSilk for combability and heat protection. And Bam for humidity and frizz control. And PrimeShine for shine. And LumiGloss for between appointment toning and shine.

And I got to have fun with some amazing friends and stylists last weekend in our jammies.

What hair nonsense are you trying to solve?
