Smiling through the grief is not pretending it’s surviving. Some days the smile is real, some days it’s strength. Either way, it counts.#Lifeisworking by @lifeisworking_

✨ My Mind is My Business ✨
I didn’t realize how much I needed this conference until I was in the room—resting, reflecting, and realigning. 💚

One of my biggest takeaways? Hustling non-stop isn’t the ultimate flex. True strength is knowing when to pause, when to breathe, and when to pour back into you.

It’s not always about chasing the bag—it’s about protecting your peace, honoring your body, and choosing balance over burnout.

A special shoutout to my amazing mentor and business coach, @canigrieve🤍 Meeting her in person for the first time was such a full-circle moment. I’m so grateful to finally connect with someone who speaks grief the same way I do—with purpose, with empathy, and with power.

Let this be your reminder: Rest is not a weakness, it’s wisdom. Take care of your mind, and the rest will follow. 🌱🕊️

My color theme for this year is red, which exudes that I’m a person of action, strength, energy, and passion. As I reflect on the last year of my 40s,all of those powerful characteristics will guide me as I embrace all the greatness that life has to offer. Happy Birthday to me❤️🎉 by @lifeisworking_
