Spent the weekend at Muscle Island with Cory G and a room full of people operating at a level most people never get to see.

I didn’t leave with a new workout.

I left with a few reminders.

1. They’re not crazy talented.
They’re just relentlessly consistent.

2. If you’re not keeping score, you’re losing.
You can’t improve what you don’t measure whether that’s your training, business, finances, or relationships.

3. There’s always a little more.
One more rep.
One more call.
One more uncomfortable conversation.
One more hour of focused work.

That’s where the separation happens.

4. Who you surround yourself with matters.
The right room raises your standards. It reminds you what’s actually possible.

Bonus: You’re not behind.
Most of the people I admired this weekend have been obsessed with improving for 10–15 years.

Stop comparing your year two to someone else’s year fifteen.

Keep showing up.

The formula is simple:
Stay consistent.
Measure your progress.
Give a little more.
Choose your circle wisely.

Everything else takes care of itself.

Appreciate Cory G and everyone at Muscle Island for an unforgettable weekend. I’ll definitely be back. by @lifeofhl
