The MaxEffort #lungeclub meet up was awesome the morning of 💪🏻🏝️ Olympics.

When I started lunging daily over a decade ago I would never thought it would impact this many people.

400+M a day of lunges is never an easy yes physically or mentally daily.

GD it’s good to be back just moving weight! I can’t put to words how much I have missed being in the gym and challenging my body without worry or pain from injury.

Every Sunday the boys and I meet for “church” and it reminds me of all that is right in the world. Just a group of guys insulting each other, talking shit, and pushing each other to bring the most out of themselves.

I haven’t had the luxury of feeling like a bodybuilder for over a year and now here I am feeling the things that made me fall in love with the iron all over again. This is what it’s all about for me.
