Phewww…
Today was the dream.
Being in a gathering of great women and having the opportunity to educate them in something that I am passionate about is just one word- AMAZING

From the beginning to the end of my session, it was great.
I talked about managing stress and caring for ourselves as women, I gave practical examples and even had a brief breathing exercise.
The feedbacks were also topnotch, even down to the calls telling from women telling me how much they enjoyed my session.
Purpose when found in God is the only purpose that makes sense.
I would do this over and over again. by @lifestylezen_

I know what it’s like to have so much going on that you forget to check in with yourself.

To keep showing up for work, family, relationships and all the things that matter to you, while quietly running out of energy for yourself.

That experience is part of what led me here.

I’m a mum of two, a wife, a marketing professional, a writer, a business owner and a wellness coach. And one thing I keep coming back to is this: what’s the point of building a life you love if you don’t have the energy to enjoy it?

This is what LifestyleZen is about.

I’m interested in the whole woman. Her body, mind and soul. Because they don’t exist in isolation. The way we think affects how we feel. How we feel influences how we show up. Our physical wellbeing affects our energy, and our everyday habits shape how we experience life.

Holistic wellness, to me, is about paying attention to all these connections and learning to care for ourselves in ways that support the life we want to live.

Here, I’ll share practical tips, personal lessons and fresh perspectives on career growth, motherhood, marriage, mindset, personal wellbeing and creating sustainable ways to pursue your goals without constantly running yourself into the ground.

If you’re looking for ways to grow in your career, show up for the people you love, pursue your ambitions and take better care of yourself along the way, follow @lifestylezen_

Always be vigilant.
Don't be so cocky that you think you have everyone figured out.
Always pray for discernment.

Wishing you a great day Zen Family ❤️ by @lifestylezen_

Your career is important, but so is your life outside work. Don’t get so caught up in trying to succeed that you forget to actually live.

Which one hits home for you?

A little tough love this morning.
You can’t sit on the fence in life.
I believe that you just have to decide which direction you’re going.

God is always working. He is working…moving things around even when you don’t see it.

Keep trusting and keep praying.

Do not let your fire at the alter go warm…keep fueling your faith.

He is moving on your behalf by @lifestylezen_

I am not obsessed with the numbers. It’s great to have high engagement but it’s not the reason why I started this page.
I just want to share my gift.

As controversial as a post can be, best believe I am posting it for a reason. There is a lesson to be learnt, and I want others to share their wisdom too. We can all learn together but we don’t do negativity here by @lifestylezen_

At some point, you have to ask yourself:
How much of your life are you spending trying to convince other people of something you should no longer have to prove?

Sometimes, the hardest part of resting is actually getting yourself to slow down.
You’ve spent the entire week thinking, planning, working, responding and getting things done. Then the weekend comes and you’re expected to just switch off? 😅

It doesn’t always work that way.

Sometimes, you need an in-between activity. Something enjoyable that gives your mind a break from the usual demands without requiring you to do absolutely nothing.
Try something creative this weekend.
You don’t have to be particularly good at any of it. Just enjoy the process.

Let off some steam. Release some stress. Give yourself room to breathe.

Which of these are you trying this weekend?
