POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Birmingham, thank you. I have immense gratitude to every single person who helped make yesterday happen. To Seasick for allowing me to use their space, to Continental Bakery for always supporting, to Shu Shop, Pink Lantern, New Shoes, Full Circle and Back Forty for donating giftcards to raffle, to Gregory for killing it with poster and donating his art, to Dan for donating her art, to all the bakers that donated their baked items and to each of you who showed up rather that be in person or through online donations. And additional thank you to the most supportive life partner that I could ask for.

To be silent is to be complicit and that silence is LOUD amongst many. The people of Gaza deserve so much more. Please be their voice and help in ways of donating to a family in need. They truly rely on us to stay fed and housed.

We didn’t sell out yesterday, but we did almost hit the goal I had set. We raised $1,673.09. The unsold items were bagged together and taken to a group of unhoused individuals that were extremely appreciative. Yesterday warmed my heart all the way around, thank you. 🙏🏼 by @lifewithbmaw

Okay, Birmingham… Let’s do it again! I’ll be hosting a fundraising bake sale for a sweet family in Gaza. It will be held on Saturday, October 17th from 11 am to 2 pm. It will be at @seasickrecords

I want this to be the biggest one yet! I will share updates along the way with what to expect as far as items to purchase, giveaways, etc. You guys showed out last year so please share this post and I hope to see you there!

Thank you Gregory Price for always killing it with the flyers and Seasick for allowing me to use their space. Big thanks to @davidgriner for always being gracious enough to donate delicious goods from @continental_bakery

If you’d like to contribute a baked good for the sale or contribute in any other way, please message me! by @lifewithbmaw

If you know me (or saw my last post) you know how much I love @phoebebridgers work and this album. I can’t get over how beautiful it is or how stunning this @dinkededition ‘Far Side of the Moon’ variant is along with the lyric book. I love the hidden UV-reactive elements to the packaging as well. The hidden track was a nice surprise and such a great song. The bird featured by my player is one that her brother @jxno_bridgh_g made and sold several years back. I of course had to throw on my @seasickrecords slipmat for the black light action. by @lifewithbmaw

Phoebe Bridgers - Lost Weekend (2026)

It’s no secret around here that Phoebe is a huge favorite of mine. While waiting patiently for her to release new solo work, I’d never imagine that she’d release her best work as of yet six years after her last album. Normally I’d wait to share my album of the year, but this is an easy no brainer. What a freaking, lovely album this is!

The direction she took instrumentally alone is quite a treat and one I just can’t get over. Each listen just keeps getting better. And her voice! My god, her voice. The vulnerability she took with this record is truly admirable. While our stories differ, her words hit hard for me. Emotionally heartbreaking, yet beautifully joyful at the same time.

The list of contributors is quite impressive on this one as well. Rob Moose, Jack Antonoff, Maria Taylor, Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus, Conor Oberst and Isaac Wood to name a few. Her sweet love, Bo Burnham along with her brother Jackson, also contributed.

I’ve recreated each of her album covers (EP included) and for this one I had to go with the shot @chrismaggio captured in her ‘Lost Boys’ attire. It’s just so good plus I was able to pretend to be a magical Elf princess… like come on. Thank you to my best friend @alesproule for shooting this and always being up for making my visions come to life.

This @dinkededition ‘Far Side of the Moon’ is one of the most beautiful variants that I own. I’m obsessed with the 20-page lyric book that comes with it as well. I’ll show a little more of both in another post. ✌🏻 by @lifewithbmaw

@phoebebridgers posted shots captured by @chrismaggio and I was obsessed with them all, but especially this one (swipe to see inspo) I was immediately inspired to do something with it and since my husband is a pixel artist, my mind went there first. With an idea and a rough draft, I recruited him to help me finish my vision. I love receiving fun things at concerts by other fans so I will have these printed in postcard size and pass them out at her show in October.

What an honor it is to don the name Mama from these two precious humans that I created. And a blessing to have a life partner who celebrates me the way he does. Happy Mother’s Day you guys. Sending all the love to the ones who need it extra today. 💛 by @lifewithbmaw

Hamnet - Original Soundtrack (2025) Film score by @maxrichtermusic

I wish words could convey what this film is for me. Not only is the cinematography breathtaking, but the acting and message is beautiful. This film is an adaptation of the historical fiction novel about the life of William Shakespeare and the death of his son Hamnet.

It showcases love, loss and grief. The kind of grief that becomes almost too much. Everyone knows the line “To be, or not to be, that is the question” It’s a question of choosing life or death. I hope you never endure the pain that can make you question life, but if you do, I hope you choose to stay. To live and see the beauty the world has to offer. It’s okay not to be okay and your life does matter. 🖤

It’s no secret Max Richter is my favorite composer. This score is stunning and helped heighten the emotional scenes for this film. If you’ve yet to see this film or listen to this score, I would highly recommend both.

This film has given me the push to start writing again. Here you can hear me speaking a piece that flooded my brain while listening to this song and thinking of the film. by @lifewithbmaw

Portugal on film
Part Two: Horizontal

I realized I barely got any horizontal shots, but that first one takes the cake out of the whole roll! 😍 It was also
the first shot taken on this roll.
