life hack! have hobbies!!!! 🎨📕 🧶🪴🧘

i am so passionate about hobbies because i TRULY believe they make you happier and healthier and make life so much more fun. i came across this diagram (i can't find the OG poster so if that's you please say hi so i can tag you!!!) and i thought it was such a perfect way to break down different kinds of hobbies and how they can be used to propel you in all areas of life! a hobby a day keeps the doctor away yanno 😉

what's your favorite hobby? do you have hobbies that fall under all of these categories?! let me know because im always on the hunt for a new hobby to obsess over 🤣✨

🥖 new sourdough scoring design (impromptu, mind you) turned out so cute!! 🥰 i've been leveling up my loaves yall - i've started cold proofing them in the fridge for 48 hours and while the impatient side of me (and my husband 🤣) doesn't like waiting... OMG IT IS SO WORTH IT! i will never go back!

Also please tag me in any and all sourdough videos you see!! I want to try everything 🤣🍞

5 things you can do to start changing your life!! 🌟

When I was starting from zero and wanted to change my life but I had no idea where to start or what healthy habits even looked like... these are the exact 5 things that I did that propelled me into a happier, healthier, more creative and more joyous life! I think there is so much online noise about what you should do and shouldn't do when it comes to changing your life. TBH, I think most people over complicate it OR people giving the advice make it feel too overwhelming to the point that the person watching can't start bc they've been given too much advice so now they don't even know where to begin. Start small with these 5 and then build up to truly see how transformative but simple these habits are!

1. Wake up earlier
2. Morning pages
3. Go on walks
4. Start a hobby
5. Eat whole foods

ROOTING FOR YOU!!! 💘💘💘

We're back again with another tea towel DIY! 🤩 Working with fabric medium might be becoming my favorite craft because of how fun, easy, customizable and versatile it is!! These would seriously make the CUTESTTTT Christmas presents for the baker, home cook or chef in your life!

Supplies needed:
- Blank tea towel (got mine from Amazon as a set of 4)
- Fabric medium
