Couples who build together, stop doing this 👇

Stop: keeping score of who did more this week
Start: owning separate lanes and trusting each other's

Stop: talking business 24/7
Start: protecting time that has nothing to do with the agency

Stop: competing with each other
Start: competing for each other

6 years together. Two agency owners. Still learning.

Send this to your partner 👀 or comment "BUILD" if you want to talk about doing this together.

ENGAGE 2026.

I walked into this conference grateful for how far we’ve come, but I walked out knowing the version of me that built what we have today cannot be the same version of me that builds what’s next.

This week challenged me. It stretched me. It reminded me that growth requires becoming someone new at every level.

I celebrated wins. I watched members of our team experience moments that can change the trajectory of their lives. I cried like a baby listening to Ed Mylett. I connected with incredible people. And I left with a completely different level of clarity about where we’re going.

The next chapter requires more discipline. More leadership. Bigger thinking. Better systems. And a willingness to let go of what worked at the last level.

I’m proud of what we’ve built.

But I’m even more excited about who we’re becoming.

ENGAGE 2026 was different. Now it’s time to GROW. 🔥

Two worlds collided under one roof. 🏙️

Insurance & Real Estate.

While we were at ENGAGE, we happened to run into Ryan Serhant, who was hosting his own conference at the Hyatt Regency.

So of course, I had to ask him one question:

“What book are you reading right now?”

His answer? That Will Never Work by Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph.

That’s one thing I’ve learned about being in rooms like these. You never know who you’ll run into, but when you do, ask better questions.

Different industries. Different businesses. Same obsession with building, learning, and thinking bigger.

And yes… I ordered the book. 📚

Insurance x Real Estate. Maybe these two worlds need to collide more often. 👀

Also it was a pleasure meeting you @obxislandguy 🙏🏾

@edmylett … man, what a life-changing moment.

Cried like a baby. 😭

There are speakers who motivate you, and then there are people who say something that shifts something inside of you.

You are truly gifted. God is using you to speak, to pour into people, and to spread a message that so many of us need to hear. I’ll never forget this moment.

What an experience. What a conference. ❤️ by @lifewithmeron

Agency Owner Impact player of the year ‼️‼️‼️

The first one meant a lot in 2023
The second one means even more.

Because this time, I understand that impact isn’t just about what you personally accomplish. It’s about the people you help grow, the leaders you develop, the lives you change, and what you build that becomes bigger than you.

Grateful for every agent, every leader, every lesson, every hard season, and every person who has been part of this journey.

Two time Agency Owner Impact Player of the Year.
Still building. Still growing. Still just getting started. ❤️

POV: You got your life insurance license 11 minutes ago and 47 ‘Agents’ & ‘Agency Owners’ already found your blood type, childhood address, and your mother’s maiden name just to ask if you want to join their team.
