Couples who build together, stop doing this 👇

Stop: keeping score of who did more this week
Start: owning separate lanes and trusting each other's

Stop: talking business 24/7
Start: protecting time that has nothing to do with the agency

Stop: competing with each other
Start: competing for each other

6 years together. Two agency owners. Still learning.

Send this to your partner 👀 or comment "BUILD" if you want to talk about doing this together.

WHAT A DAY! Most impactful keynote I’ve heard live delivered by @edmylett who flew into our @sfglife National Conference to pour into 5k+ Agents

Is your internal thermostat keeping you stuck at average?
If you’re in that place looking to go from a mediocre life to a great one DM me. Let’s grow!

idk what it was… but me and @tonyrobbins were vibing 😂 So he became my hype man 🥹
——
One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had over the years is realizing that success is often less about knowing more and more about removing unnecessary complexity.

The highest performers I’ve been around tend to communicate directly, think clearly, take ownership, and execute without overcomplicating every decision.

Simplicity scales.

If you’re looking to level up your mindset and performance, DM me “MINDSET.”

The standard isn't what we say.
It's what we consistently celebrate.

This week we recognized new writers taking action and agents reaching their first major production milestones. Every breakthrough started with someone deciding to stay committed one more day.

Small wins become big careers when repeated consistently.

Keep stacking wins. 🚀
If you've been considering a career change, our agency calendar is in my bio.

Hi 👋
I have a small favor to ask. For the first time ever, I've stepped outside my comfort zone and started creating videos on TikTok and social media to grow my business. I truly love what I do, and I'm passionate about helping protect families while building my own life insurance agency, Aureus Lion Agency. 🦁 ✨️🏆

If you'd like to support me, please follow my page, like, comment, and share my posts. Every interaction helps my content reach more people, allows me to help more families, and supports me as I continue building my agency.🌻🧡🌻

Also, if you've ever thought about a career change or are looking for a flexible part time or full time opportunity, I'll attach my website below. No experience is needed because I'll personally coach and mentor you every step of the way. It could truly be a life changing opportunity.

Thank you so much for believing in me and supporting this journey. It means more than you know. ❤️

Home isn’t a place. It’s a feeling. ❤️
No grand event.
No celebration.
No audience.

Just ten peaceful seconds with your best friend, knowing neither of you would rather be anywhere else.

I hope everyone gets to experience a love this simple. ❤️🐾

Somewhere along the way, I stopped asking,

“Will people like this?”…and started asking, “Can I respect myself after this?”

The answer to that question has brought me more peace than trying to make everyone happy ever did.

#antarctica has a funny way of reminding you that the strongest things in the world aren’t loud.

They’re simply unmoved.

❤️

Momentum starts with a single bold step.

Fast starts create confidence, confidence creates consistency, and consistency builds unstoppable growth. Today’s effort is tomorrow’s breakthrough keep moving, keep building, and let every win become the force that launches you toward your next level.

Want to celebrate these individuals for achieving exactly that!
The journey to greatness isn’t about waiting for the perfect moment; it’s about creating momentum and refusing to slow down. Here’s to strong beginnings, rapid progress, and a future fueled by action. 🚀✨

There’s something special about watching people grow! Success is never an accident. It’s built through discipline, countless conversations, overcoming adversity, and choosing to keep going when most people would quit.

I’m proud of each of you, not just for what you produced, but for the leaders you’re becoming. This is the standard we’re building at Kemboi Financial Agency, and this is only the beginning.

Enjoy the wins. Celebrate the progress. Then let’s get back to work because we’re building something much bigger than numbers.

Proud to be in the trenches with this crew. 💪
On to Denver. On to bigger goals. 🚀

Proud of this team and the results they’re creating for themselves and their families.

This week’s top performers didn’t get lucky. They committed to the process, sharpened their skills, mastered the next step in their learning curve, and executed.

Winning leaves clues. Growth is a choice. Success belongs to those willing to do what others won’t.

We’re not building agents. We’re building leaders, business owners, and a culture of people committed to becoming more.

Congratulations to this week’s top performers. Keep raising the standard.

Think you have what it takes to compete at a high level?

DM “WIN” to learn how to join a team that’s growing, producing, and winning.
