We’re keeping the party sparkling with these custom Bling & Blooms Martinelli bottles for Savannah’s Sweet 16! 🌸🍾

They made the perfect favors + table decor!!!!
🎀 Tips:
✅ Work in batches so everything has time to dry.
✅ Sharp scissors = crisp floral edges.
✅ Wipe bottle neck clean before tying the ribbon.

✨ I absolutely LOVED how these turned out! They brought so much charm to Savannah’s Sweet 16 party! 🎉

This morning, my girlfriend and I were having devotion, and our conversation led us to the topic of discernment. It was such a powerful reminder that I couldn’t keep it to myself.

Discernment is a capacity. It’s the maturing believer’s trained ability to distinguish good from evil, wise from foolish, God’s will from lesser options. - Pastor Dharius Daniels

The atmosphere changed before the words ever did. But because no one admitted it, you started questioning yourself instead of trusting what your spirit had already picked up.

Your intuition doesn’t scream.
It whispers.

It’s the loss of peace you can’t explain.
The quiet nudge to take a step back.
The feeling that something isn’t right, even when everything looks right.

Don’t ignore it.

Everybody won’t understand what your spirit picks up on and that’s okay.

Discernment isn’t fear. It’s wisdom.

It isn’t judgment.
It’s God’s protection.

Not every change announces itself.

Sometimes people change in subtle ways.

Their words stop matching their actions.
They avoid accountability.
They rewrite conversations.
They shift blame.
They make you question your reality while refusing to examine their own behavior.

Pay attention to patterns, not just promises.

God doesn’t always expose people with undeniable evidence first.

Sometimes He reveals patterns to your spirit before He reveals them to your eyes.

Stop talking yourself out of what God is trying to show you just because you can’t explain it to everyone else.

Not every warning comes with proof.
Not every blessing comes with certainty.
Sometimes discernment is the only evidence you’ll receive before the truth reveals itself.

Protect your peace.
Honor your discernment.
Trust the Holy Spirit.

“The one who is spiritual discerns all things…” — 1 Corinthians 2:15

Your spirit has been trying to protect you from what your eyes couldn’t yet see. Listen!!!!!!

Stop Giving People the Keys to Your Emotional Peace.

If you constantly need other people to validate you, you’ll spend your entire life chasing something you’ll never be able to keep.

Stop looking for your worth in compliments.
Stop looking for your value in attention.
Stop looking for your identity in relationships.
Stop looking for your confidence in other people’s approval.

Because the problem with external validation is this:

The more you need it, the more you’ll sacrifice to get it.

You’ll ignore your values just to be accepted.
You’ll tolerate unhealthy relationships just to avoid being alone.
You’ll seek attention instead of healing.
You’ll collect compliments but still feel empty inside because no amount of praise can fill a wound that only self-worth can heal.

People who don’t know who they are often spend their lives looking for someone else to tell them.

But real confidence is quiet.

It doesn’t need applause.
It doesn’t need constant reassurance.
It doesn’t need to be chosen over everyone else.

It already knows its value.

The day you stop needing other people to tell you you’re enough is the day you become free.

Validation from people is temporary.

Validation from within changes your life.
Know your worth.
STOP 🛑 handing strangers, friends, partners, and even family the power to decide how you should feel about yourself or steer you to the wrong direction!

Your value isn’t something people give you.
It’s something you finally recognize. We were never created to live addicted to human approval. The moment you stop chasing validation from people is the moment you start walking in the identity God already gave you.

Chaos has a way of showing up uninvited… and lately, I’ve realized peace isn’t about pretending everything is okay. It’s about learning how to hold yourself together when life is doing the absolute most. 🤍

Some days I feel grounded.
Some days I’m overstimulated and one notification away from losing it 😂
And honestly? Both versions of me are real.

What’s been helping me lately are the little things:
☕ slowing down with a cup of tea
🚶🏽‍♀️ taking walks without my phone
📝 writing out what I’m feeling instead of holding it in
📚 allowing myself to rest without guilt
✨ reminding myself that I don’t need to have everything figured out to still show up for myself

This season of my life is teaching me that calm isn’t something I wait for… it’s something I create intentionally.
