September events are here! Calming support for your body, mind, and spirit because you deserve it. Take some time out for yourself and share this with a friend!💕✨

A couple quick notes:

🌈 If you would like the distance Reiki treatment on September 13th, but can’t join at that time, send me a DM. I will need a photo of you to make the connection and you can still receive the Reiki even if you can’t join the Zoom call. Last month I had 8 participants who joined that way.💌

🎶 The Sound Bath on September 9th is for only 4 participants. I’ve added the ability to book more than one spot at a time if you want bring a friend or make it a party. 🥳 I’ll be sending out my monthly newsletter in a few days, so if you want to make sure you get a spot before the word gets out, book now.❤️

Reiki gave me relief from the grief when my heart wasn’t healing. Reiki moves, energy, stuck emotions, and patterns of being. It supports letting go and healing when we need to move forward and feel the light in the world. The grief will always be there, but let it be manageable, receive support.🤲🏼💝✨

Using both conventional western medicine and traditional and holistic practices are a great way to complement each other when you are supporting the healing process.

Western medicine is great for relieving symptoms and treating acute conditions, as well as the big things like cancer.

But, you are also a person with many dimensions of wellness. This is where traditional medicine modalities and holistic practices fill in the gaps. They can help create balance in your body and help you heal in ways that western medicine doesn’t access.

When I get sick, I’ll use the lowest dosage of a medication that will help me feel more comfortable while caring for the other dimensions of my health , energetics, nutrition, hydration, rest, guided visualization/meditations, and lots of Netflix. 🥰

I’m not a fan of the phrase, alternative medicine, because I believe in using both. I look at health through a holistic lens, supporting the whole body, mind, and spirit.💕

Yay, my dream of being a Reiki Scientist has come true! When I was laid off from my biotech job in January last year, I let everyone know I would love to work one day a week in the lab. So many people told me it was impossible, and that a position like that didn’t exist, but I didn’t stop putting it out there.🤩

Well, a colleague remembered my dream and asked if I could help out in their lab. I am so delighted to be a part of the scientific world while also offering my holistic care sessions as well.💝

Don’t stop dreaming about what your perfect life would look like and putting it out there. You never know who’s listening!💕✨

Do you ever pull the same card over and over again? 💕✨

I’ve pulled this card in the last two consecutive queries.

Also, at the beginning of each year, I pull a card to represent each quarter of the year. This is the same card I pulled in January for this quarter.

I think the universe is saying, “Calm down, it’s going to happen!” 😂

On Friday, I went to Reiki Circle @sfreikicenter and I pulled a Buddha Card and drew Simplicity. Over the weekend I’ve been thinking about this card and how important simplicity is to my private practice. My sound baths aren’t grand, they’re simple with a lot of space for integration. My individual sessions move slowly, allowing each change/upgrade/state of energy to have its moment to transform, to absorb, to release. I often do sound baths for the City of San
Francisco’s workplace wellness programs and I’m always asked if I need help with my equipment. No, I only bring one cart. A simple set up so each instrument gets its moment to shine, to move energy, to restore the body. ☺️🌈💕

My practice is grounded and simplicity. We all have so many things coming at us from all directions. A session with me looks like an hour to rest into the simplicity of the moment, so that you can actually feel and hear yourself, your needs, and be supported. 💝✨

I don’t have a photo of the card I pulled, but I remembered the card in the picture from Denise Linn‘s soul coaching Oracle deck. - Do what matters and release the rest to find peace, grace, and stillness. Clear internal and external clutter.💕✨
