Save the Date - Registration opens soon!
Returning Grand Host: Kamelle Mills

With life’s ever-changing landscape of joys and sorrows, asking what will truly serve our well-being is a layered question. By welcoming the natural flow of our emotions, we connect with a wiser, more expansive part of ourselves. This allows us to meet our needs and the needs of others with deep compassion and highest service rather than to react from a place of highest stress.

This feels like such a useful process for our mental and physical health so we’ve offered this event 4 times a year since December 2022!

Join us for FREE entrance to an abundant afternoon of inspiration, education, and resources in the form of personal 1:1 sessions, group classes, conversation circles, body therapies, readings, and more! All that aims to support individual and collective well-being. 🙌 Registration opens soon!

We have a new practitioner at Five Pins Project!

Nicole Lapuyade is a certified Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and guided imagery practitioner, as well as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) with a Master’s in Integrative Health.

After a 28-year career in biotech researching cancer, HIV, and other chronic conditions, she brings a unique blend of scientific insight and holistic healing, with a focus on how chronic stress affects the body.

Nicole’s sessions integrate Reiki and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and the body’s natural healing processes. These modalities are often used as complementary therapies alongside acupuncture and other medical and integrative treatments. Reiki and sound healing have both been associated with reductions in stress and pain, while enhancing overall health.

Her work is especially supportive for those experiencing chronic stress, pain, or fatigue, offering a calm, restorative environment where the body can shift out of a stress response and into a state more conducive to healing and recovery.

Sometimes, we can overindulge in our wellness routines for self care and they’re at the expense of another’s well-being. We ask at what cost did my ease and joy arrive? What harm may be a side-effect due to my choices? I think it’s impossible to be fully aware of all causes and effects, but many spiritual teachings, indigenous practices, and humanitarian efforts offer insight and guidance for steps we can take to be less self-absorbed and more drawn to collective awareness.

We might use our wellness for escape and comfort when the work of lasting change and transformation means going deeper to discuss personal and collective well-being: 1. accessing true needs and sincere care, 2. awareness of impact on others, and 3. an inner knowingness that through welcoming imperfection, we gain compassion - all of which naturally awaken our inner intelligence and shared humanity. We remember there’s nothing to buy, steal, or feel is missing. At the SF Well-being Fair, we celebrate the uniqueness of every being and aim to support the reminder that well-being is our birthright!

Join the SF Well-being Fair as we welcome Spring Renewal 2026! Free entry to a dynamic event that supports the combined journey of personal and collective well-being.

Rather than be overwhelmed with the many external messages that approach healing from a sense of brokenness and missing-ness, this is a call that well-being is your birthright. At the SF WBF, we believe that reminders are needed. They can help us look within and then connect with others who support our highest good. We’ve learned that any call that claims that war makes peace, the enemy is ”the other”, or borders make us safer, is a certain marker of supremacy systems working overtime to dysregulate a natural affinity of love and compassion within all beings. Come be in community to strengthen our bond so we’re stronger and wiser together.
