10 Years of these 4 “walls.”
How meaningful it is to me that like the buildings The Pack has occupied, a heart also contains 4 walls, dividing each of its chambers.

What a ride it’s been.

I’m grateful to every single person who has walked through our doors.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”

Entering year 36 with an open heart and my metaphorical surfboard in hand 🙃

Also, officially adding “runner” and master’s athlete to my resume now. 1st Half Marathon and turned 35 in the same weekend.

I’ve done 4 of these now and I just feel so grateful to have a community like @thepacktrainingco who has brought people like Chanah out of the woodwork and into my life and eventually on a hyrox competition floor with me! I had training partners this time around, too, and let me tell you— training with friends is everything.

More fitness with friends, more competitions, more getting myself into physical activities that challenge me/scare me/remind me why I’m so happy to be alive.

The year has passed, and I am grateful to it;
For the sweetness.
The darkness.
The palpable joy.
The quiet pain.
The love.
For teaching me. by @likehell_raquel

Slidin’ into the top 20 like ⚡️

Wasn’t the plan to do a solo Hyrox (much less the PRO division 🫠) but the opportunity presented itself and WE DID IT. 17th out of 95 in the Pro Women, 4th in my age group.

Suffering with your own thoughts for 75 minutes, by choice, is a special thing. The reasoning, the doubt, the belief, the fear, the risk taking.. I’m so grateful to be able to test myself in these physical ways and to have the support, healthy body, and sound mind to so.

Thank you friends who helped solidify my belief in myself.
Thank you @trevor.tartaglia for your wisdom and guidance! I’m excited for what’s next 😎
