Come spend a little time with me in Covington, GA!

Just about 35 miles east of Atlanta, Covington has so much historic charm — beautiful homes, a walkable downtown + plenty of local spots that make it easy to spend an afternoon here.

A few stops on today’s tour? @citypharmacycov, @soapbox, and @scoops_covington and trust me, we’re just scratching the surface. 😉

The life of a real estate agent: no two days are ever the same. 😂

One day I’m navigating a stressful conversation, the next we’re celebrating an ACCEPTED OFFER 🎉… and a few days later? Right back to problem-solving.

Real estate can change by the day (sometimes by the hour 😅), but that’s also why I love what I do.

I get to be there for the exciting phone calls, the stressful ones, and all the “okay, here’s what we’re going to do” moments in between.

There’s just something about LOVING where you live!! 🏡

And I don’t just mean loving your house.

Knowing exactly where you’re grabbing dinner on a Friday night. Walking around downtown on a Saturday morning. Popping into your favorite shops + seeing familiar faces along the way.

THAT’S the good stuff.

Your town becomes part of your everyday life — so find one you really, really love.

Downtown Monroe, you’re somebody to love!

Walkable shops + restaurants. (a few of my personal faves: @lrburgerga @visitthestoryshop @thearmorybookstore @rekindlecandle.co and @rinsesoap) Historic homes full of character. Farmers markets. Festivals. Community events. And always somewhere local to grab a coffee @coffeecamperco, a bite, or do a little shopping.

It’s the kind of downtown where there’s always a reason to get out, walk around + stay awhile.

And THAT is what I mean when I say loving where you live is about so much more than your house.
