Hello community & beyond ~ here are my updated offerings 🤲

Feeling guided to expand what I have been weaving for many years and the matters I stand for so firmly.

Everything I offer feels like a gift that has first been given to me ~ my journey with plant medicines that have so generously oriented me toward wholeness and deep transformation.
And the missing piece ~ somatics, that has been bridging everything into the tangible.
They have become a gift I get to pass on to others on their journey.

When you work with your mind & body as an ally,
An inner guidance becomes available to you that illuminates your most beautiful path ahead.
It really is not about adding anything external, but remembering your own inherent wisdom.
I am in awe of the people I get to work with and witness in this🌿.

Bookings for somatic / integration session are open ~
Follow my link in bio or Lilawatermann.com
Few spots still available for June

I offer connection calls for those wanting to explore if this is the right support for you.

If anything is sparked, an idea, a curiosity, a question ~Send me a message 🤲🤍

Hey🪶 I wanted to introduce myself on here.
And today’s also my birthday. So rather express what’s most alive now

I am Lila. And it’s through the path with the sacred mushroom I’ve found what I’m here to share on this earth and in this temporary body. I owe it to my golden teachers and their guardians first and foremost.
Two years ago I picked up the flute, but it did not feel like the first time. It felt like a homecoming.

I never thought I’d be a musician. I thought it wasn’t in my lineage, in my bones, something reserved for others.

It changed when the framedrum, and then a Daf found me, and I learned my grandmother knows how to play it. And that my grandfather whom I’d never known knew how to play lots of middle eastern instruments, including the flute.
It is no surprise to me, that they came so easily to me. And I feel as though I myself become ancient sometimes. 🏔️
I pour my heart and soul into my instruments, and they return the gift tenfold ~ humbling, molding me like clay.

I can’t express enough gratitude for these instruments have brought me deep connections to incredible musicians, collaborations, and most of all a new language through which I can speak beyond words.

I am excited to witness the unfolding of it all. Wherever and to whoever it may carry me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🤍🙏✨

Thank you @mirandasmuse for your devotion to the framedrum has opened up this path for me!
Thank you @quetzalcoatlmusic_ for your masterful craftsmanship has deepened my flute playing!

Thank you @mamajabuphotography for these incredible pictures, allowing my essence to show! Check out her amazing work! 🤍 by @lilawatermann

If the state of the world has left you feeling overwhelmed, let this be your reminder that no one body was ever meant to carry it alone

the times i have been in deep heartbreak, the elder trees became my sanctuary. being near waters so vast that my own tears vanished seemlessly into them. i am called to mountains when i need to feel small. To walk in places where trees outnumber my thoughts. none of what we can possibly feel is too much to the immensity, complexity, and beauty of nature.

nature embraces us when we come to her, holding us and sharing her medicines,
because she is actually always holding us.
Let your heavy heart sink into the earth,
And feel your heartbeats sync up.

our bodies evolved to be close to nature.
our biology still remembers ancient rhythms that the mind cannot override.
i look to nature and see every lesson we could possibly learn, embodied so eloquently

::: seasonal changes, the knowing that after death comes life again, that mutual aid and symbiosis are a sign of evolution

we are as interconnected as interconnection goes

natue communicates with us. this is not a metaphor.

we just need to get real close and listen with all our senses, because the answers may not arrive in words - but in a flutter of wings, a fallen leaf, the sound of a river ~

if we were all reenchanted by the magnificence of the natural world, and practice deep devotion to what is life-giving, we would see through the illusion of seperation. and that is medicine we all need again

not only does nature mend our hearts, she provides us with a map of how to be human, how to move forward.
we are the younger brothers and sisters of creation, and still have a lot to learn.

may we continue to remind each other
Love to you and thank you for gathering on my page inspiring humans
We need each other and that’s our greatest strength

🤎Gratitude

Hello dear soul ~
It is my last month in Europe (until further ado).🙏
So if you’ve ever wanted an clay altar guardian before, I have space for a few commissions now ~
I love bringing a shared vision to life, while leaving wiggle room for the mystery to come through.
Simply message me if interested and we will figure it out together.🌬️

They are meant to carry medicine, amplify and protect your space of intention & prayer ~

Ps I love seeing them woven into your altars. Thank you thank you from the center of my heart! It’s only been one year working intentionally with clay and I am so grateful it has found me and that I get to keep evolving.

Here’s some pictures of recent commission ~
Every time a different spirit comes through
Clay to me is a prayer made of earth, for earth
✨🙏 🤎

On september 22/23, the sun crosses the celestial equator moving southward, marking the beginning of fall here in the northern hemisphere.

we get a moment of balance between light and dark.
The word equinox comes from the Latin “equi” – meaning equal, and “nox” – meaning night.

nature is reading the signals, and so are we.
when we slow down to the time of the body, we may notice subtle changes moving us from within

The equinox is an opportunity for us to look to the natural world for guidance.
The cyclical change in seasons allows us to look inwards at our own transformation and reflect on our journey thus far.

so @monzzzyy and I we have decided to offer an intimate Fall Equinox Ceremony

At the threshold between light and dark, we gather.
A space to honor what has ripened, release what is ready to fall, and listen for what the coming season is asking of us.

Ceremony is where we get to embody the changes within,
gather our attention
and redirect our intention as we cross into the coming season.

Ritual is an ancient technology, a way of remembering how to actively participate with life’s seasons and cycles.

It is time to remember that we humans have come here to be stewards - to protect life.
To be co-creators, not conquerers.

I ask myself often:
What potential and beauty can we birth when we weave ourselves back into the larger web of life, and thread this earth lightly, like all other beings do?

There have been devastating collapses this year. Droughts, wildfires, floods, seasons shifting and disrupting the web of life. Those with sensitive bodies feel it deeply - the crumbling of extractive systems that do not support life.

Bodies are connecting to cyclical time consciousness again. The illusion of endless productivity and progress is loosening its grip. People are remembering ancient rhythms, living seasonally, remembering that everything in life spirals.

True spirituality is the collapse of separation.
Between us and our fellow humans,
us and our animal kin,
us and the earth.

The truth is, I love the earth. And I love humanity equally. I love our music, dance, creativity, ritual - everything that makes us human and is worth protecting. I want my children, and their children seven generations down the line, to enjoy the beauty of this earth and everything human-made that reverberates from it.

This transition isn’t asking us to become something new. We’re spiraling back to patterns that sustained our species for hundreds of thousands of years.

We cannot reverse human history. But we can return with tools and technology that serve us if used wisely.

Anyone can learn to be destructive. Only nature knows how to truly regenerate. She will be our greatest teacher. We need resilience and adaptability. We need to redefine progress - to slow down and ask: is what we are creating serving life, or severing us from life?

Cutting down old growth forests to build data centers isn’t automatically progress.

Many of us are midwives birthing a reality we cannot fully see yet. It requires blind trust and capable hands: sharing skills, stories, resources. Integrating ancient wisdom with current conditions. We only need to remember again, and answer the call.

Another lap around the sun Today
And I just want to give thanks
To all the people who have held me

Honestly this past year or so hasn’t been easy. A lot of doubt and uncertainty, not seeing the path ahead. Moments of depression and loneliness. Following roads that lead to somewhere else than I expected . Yet every time the universe made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined it. Old doors closing and new ones opened. Keeping me in continual awe of the mystery.
And so I continue to build and clarify the vision for a more livable future each day because I trust that our visions are not random.

My mission here is to reconnect people with their bodies and back to the earth. And I am in love with all the ways this blossoms with my offerings.

Immense blessing to have joined an art residency organized by @royalbelugas in June on the topic of community resiliency in times of collapse. I’m still feeling the ripples of that.
Immense gratitude for my time in California, stepping back on this land I consider my home after many years, connecting to old friends and finding new soul family 🤍

I am so grateful that I have visionaries in my life, community builders, herbalists, gardeners, healers, ceremonialists, teachers, musicians, dancers
It is such a privilege to be surrounded by so much embodied hope.
Thank you for every gathering and moment of raw vulnerability, and every time we danced wildly in the living room together I remembered who I am.

My inner child who was chronically shy, barely spoke, and mainly hung out with her ducks and chickens would be in awe of the woman I am becoming. And I am still getting to know her too.

Thank you all for witnessing me
My heart is so excited for the path ahead

And I hope to be in service wherever my footsteps land
🤲✨

In ancient Egypt, it was believed that the heart held memory.
The heart would testify for the life lived.
For me this is anything but naive thinking, it feels like a deep truth.
It is no coincidence that we speak of “the heart of things” when we refer to a center point, to the essence of something.

There are faces of past lovers I no longer remember, yet my heart remembers exactly how they made me feel. I may not be able to replay a conversation, but I feel the way it rearranged my heart. The heart remembers the closing and opening.
The heart holds experiences as rhythms.
remembers patterns that the mind cannot control.

My heart slips into the rhythm of belonging when I’m with my community. It knows the people who hold it gently.
It remembers the times I’ve betrayed my intuition and the times I’ve listened. It remembers the times I’ve had to stand up for myself and the times I’ve softened. It holds onto currents of grief as though it never wants forget.

When breathing becomes coherent, the heart helps the whole body fall into rhythm, which helps it restore. And theorized to even alter DNA expression.

What if we think of the heart as a field?
As a sensitive detector that reaches further than the brain?
As a place of wisdom that we can turn to?

We see the brain as the center of intelligence, where memories are stored.
yet the very way a heart circulates its currents is pure intelligence, based on memory and past story.

The real revolution is people trusting in the wisdom of their bodies again.
And so I love to share about my fascination with the body.
Curious about your views and experiences, feel free to share

Important to note that in the study about precognition, it could be statistical error or general anticipatory responses. So take it with a grain of salt and as always- trust your own experience ❤️🫀 by @lilawatermann
