Mayar told me recently that she is pregnant. It’s still very early, but she wanted to share the news, and I’ve been thinking about what this means for her. She already has two little ones to care for and, of course, one of the first things she started worrying about was money. Whether people will keep donating. How she will manage everything her family already needs, and then everything a pregnancy demands, and eventually what her new baby will need, as well. And I just really don’t want anxiety to be the only thing she feels at this moment. I want her to have the chance to be happy too. I want her to know there are people here who are going to keep showing up for her family. People who are excited for her. People who will help with food and medicine and whatever comes next. Because honestly, we can figure some of this out together. There are so many things being denied to families in Gaza, every single day. And yet people are still making lives there. Growing their families. Thinking about tomorrow. Having babies. I want us to help make room for that emotionally and materially. Isn’t this resistance too? Some of that hope has to come from knowing that the larger global community has not disappeared. She was a little nervous to share this news, but I hope what she receives from this community is love, excitement, and support. She can be scared about what comes next and still be happy about this baby. And there should be room for us to help take some of the worry off her shoulders. Please don’t forget the people in Gaza who are still building families, making plans, and trying to believe there will be a life after all of this. La valeur ! Cette vidéo était bien plus compliquée à réaliser, car la vidéo de cuivre au début est en 3 temps. C’était assez compliqué de trouver des vidéos qui fonctionnaient avec, et ça m’a demandé pas mal de montage. J’ai failli abandonner et passer à autre chose, mais au final, je suis content du résultat. Il y a quelque chose de fragile là-dedans, et j’aime ça ! Tu en penses quoi ? Commente, like et partage un max stp 🙏🏻. The value! This video was much more complicated to make because the brass video at the beginning is in 3/4 time. It was quite difficult to find videos that worked with it, and it took quite a lot of editing. I almost gave up and moved on to something else, but in the end, I’m really happy with the result. There’s something fragile about it, and I like that! What do you think? Pieces of happiness, special memories, This summer have been full of surprises, Being back in Europe and traveling through many countries over 2 months, seeing again old friends and meeting new creative people all around. From spending precious moments with my family, sharing my passions in festivals, being part of an incredible collective, to celebrate my birthday with people i love and felt home with. Receiving so much support and appreciation from the ones crossing paths with, the soul family is growing and art brings us to connect in a unique way. Dancing under the stars until late, smiling and laughing with amazing people, from playing music in little markets to then improvising with artists i admire in mesmerizing festivals. It filled my heart and expand it to be filled by such gratitude to be Alive, to be able to feel, to surrender. I will not forget these past 2 months which marked me with tears of joy and a lot of trust for the future. This post if made with glimpses and touching moments of this past adventure ❤️

So proud of you @sunflower_vickyy 5 ⛪ Holding space for my dearest @fleurlefers in the beautiful Laurenskerk, ending with an ecstatic dance surrounded by the sweetest souls. 6 🎶 Summer evenings filled with music, jamming and laughter now that my soul sister @ayanamalua is back in the Netherlands. Pure joy. 7–8 🤎 Another heart-opening Cacao, Breathwork & Sound Bath with @amelie_chretien at @thekulalife . Already counting down to our next one in October 👀 9 🫶 Endless cuddles with my biggest love, Bo. 10 🧘🏼‍♀️ Teaching yoga at the most aesthetic @two.22studio . Excited for the events coming soon 👀✨ 11–13 🤍 A new chapter: starting to teach @houseofbirth.nl and hosting beautiful cirkels for mums-to-be. My heart feels so at home here 🥹🫶🏼 14 ⚡ A little lightning magic... and a reminder that dressing up is also a form of self-love 💫 15 🌈 So Alegria family gathering. Watching June & Bo reunited melted my heart 🥹 16 ❤️ Recharge mode activated whenever I’m at my parents’ place... you’ll usually find me under the red light therapy 🙋🏻‍♀️ 17 👵🏼 While Bo is living his absolute best life with his grandparents🤍 18 💐 My weekly flower run, because life simply feels softer with fresh flowers🥰 19 🍑 Back at @thegodddesssroom and trying Sensual Twerk for the first time. Forever grateful for this empowering, safe space. 20 🏛️ A beautiful collaboration with @willemieke.verweij at the Rijksmuseum Leiden: yoga accompanied by a live sound journey. What a special experience 🙏🏼 Grateful for a month filled with love, community, motherhood, movement, music, healing, and slowly letting all the lessons from Peru settle into everyday life.
