Missing my class at @stepsonbroadway but so thankful for the classes I have taught and the folks I have met and danced with! It’s the beginning of a special community, I can feel it :) 🌈💪💕

Had the PRIVILEGE of having some incredible women join me the other day to learn some of my class combos and have them filmed by the inimitable @sam.lobel 💕

This combo is “Stayin Alive” because … that’s all we are trying to do right now 🤣

I am teaching my first ever (sort of) Steps class coming up! Come one, come all, and come as you are on Monday November 10th from 1:30-3:00 pm at @stepsonbroadway! I want my class to be a safe space for EVERYONE to move, feel, and commune with others via dance! While it is “theatre dance”, I really focus on rhythm, groove, intention and exploration. GROOVE being very key here, but don’t be scared! We all have groove naturally within us and we will all find our own personal grooves together! So please join me if you are able (and if it is a financial struggle please DM me and let’s work something out). See you on the 10th! taken in Steps on Broadway by @lilifro

Dancing with/for/amongst the incomparable @reedluplau has been one of the highlights of my recent life. In these STRANGE and scary times, it feels good to channel feelings and move through and with them!

It has been exactly 2 months since closing the @hamiltonmusical Philip tour. It was the place I called home for the better part of the past 7.5 years. I was 26 when I began the job, opening the tour as a swing and dance captain. I then became a universal swing and also the Resident Choreographer, and closed the chapter at 34 (but who is counting). These photos are from my final year as Resident, and in true Lili fashion I am SUPER late with this post, but that is because life is for living and I have been doing just that. I feel nothing but extreme GRATITUDE for working for the entity that is Hamilton the musical! I am so thankful to @danceism, @ablankenbuehler, @ambertwocolors, @mindlin_choreo, @baldy_michael and @kourtnilindwatson just to name a few for bringing me on to this show and bringing me back. To @philcolgan my OG DC partner in crime and @kyle__weil my second husband. To @terrance_martin and Taeko McCarroll for being excellent DCs in this final year. And to every friend I made along the way - you all hold a special place in my heart. Hamilton has been nothing less than a blessing, and my life has been forever changed 💛 by @lilifro
