💛💜CAN’T YOU GIVE ME FIVE MORE MINUTES… 💜💛 #foreverlsu #graduation

Thank you LSU for the most amazing 4 years anyone could ask for! I can’t believe in just a few short weeks I will walk across the stage to receive my degree in Biological Sciences. To think, I would never make it past Organic Chemistry hahahaha. Forever LSU!

💪2026 CROSSFIT OPEN💪

Incoming Sappy Post:

About eight months ago I decided to return to CrossFit after being told I needed some “tough love” during a rough patch I was going through. I thought, it’s been almost a decade since I stepped into a CrossFit gym but there’s always been an itch to go back. Immediately, I was drawn to the family and atmosphere that CrossFit SBC offered and was so excited to continue working out. I have now found a whole new family I never knew I needed. This Open was one of the most challenging periods I’ve experienced, but I pushed myself to new levels and completed 2/3 workouts Rx! I’m so thankful for the love and encouragement this gym has given me since moving to Shreveport! I can’t wait to run this back next year! 🤍

Oh, swipe to the end if you’d like to see how 26.3 ended for me…
