Over this past year, I’ve been given the honor of being Captain of Team CINY. This was an opportunity that pushed me beyond my love for competition. I was given the freedom to organize practices, meetings, and events with our wonderful team. Every student became a friend to me, and I took so much pride in being someone they enjoyed working with. There were long nights, early mornings, and adventures that took us to different cities and states, all of which created memories I’ll never forget.
More than any accomplishment, I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many talented students, build my confidence as a leader, and grow both personally and professionally. My “kids” aren’t freshman anymore, can’t wait to be what the new seniors are up to….

So happy to be welcoming 20 CCAP juniors to CINY for a 4 day bootcamp filled with workshops and training to grow their knowledge and strength thier capabilities in the kitchen.

So so excited to spend the next few days with them.

Last night I received a gold medal in the Student Chef of the Year National Category 🏅

The competition was hard and pushed me to become the best student competitor I could be. I competed along side the best student chefs from every corner of America and it was amazing!

A huge thank you to my chef @costantino.frank who mentored me and trusted me every step of the way. It’s an honor to make you proud

None of this would be possible without my wonderful apprentice @rina_.cooks . Hours of prep and bickering brought us to this moment that is just as much yours as it is mine and I can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next year.

Thank to the ACF for their wonderful convention and all the friendly faces and new friends we spent the trip with.

CCAP ANNUAL BENEFIT 2026
Feels good to be back in red and white 😁 I had the best night connecting with the CCAP community and being a part of the scholarship fundraiser. The supporters are amazing, the staff are amazing and the alumni were even better!

More than anything I’m so happy to have reunited with my CCAP Los Angeles family. I haven’t seen them since I received my scholarship to CINY, but they have supported me and cheered me on every step of the way thank you @ccaplosangeles @chef_greco

I wouldn’t be in New York if it weren’t for them. Because of CCAP I’ve been given a whole new world of opportunities starting with my Coach @costantino.frank and with them, I feel limitless!

Words cannot explain how happy I am to say that I am the North East Regional Student Chef of the Year with a gold medal 🥇

This win proved so much to me that being consistent with what I’m passionate about is all that matters. I’m incredibly excited to be at the ACF NATIONAL CONVENTION in Grand Rapids, Michigan this summer!

A huge thank you to my chef @costantino.frank who has never wavered his belief in me over these past 2 years. As well as my assistant coachs @_yudeltorres and @jcos15 . None of this would be possible without you guys

I’m grateful to my teammates that went through this journey with me especially my fellow golden girl @chef.ldub it was the best time competing alongside you!

Last year at Nationals 2025, I told my judges that I intended to see them again next year.. and it had since been my goal to reach the national stage again.

Let’s make Seco De Pollo 🇪🇨

My final entry to the
#shuntransformationchallenge

I had an amazing time making this dish and elevating it with classical knife cuts! This was a chance for me to become creative with diverse foods that I love so much.

I demonstrated:

- Hen fabrication
(airlined breasts and legs)
- Small dice
- Julianne
- Chiffonade
- Tourne

First comp of the season!

Last weekend I kicked off the competition season at SUNY Broome along with 2 of my best teammates and 8 of our freshman team! I’m so proud of everyone’s hard work and performance!

My 3rd trip to silver city 🥈

I presented a seasonally inspired Cornish hen trio of Breast, sausage and braised leg served with chestnut gnocchi, wild mushrooms, honey glazed carrots, delicata squash, pickled cranberries and a charred hen jus

This dish was an honor to cook, it was fun, festive, and delicious. It taught me how to manage having a lot of working components in my kitchen space. Huge thank you to my Coach @costantino.frank and assistant coaches @_yudeltorres and @jcos15 . As always I couldn’t have done this without you.

This semester I’ve been learning to multitask my goals and priorities in order to be CINYs team captain, intern, and full time student.

Im learning what I can do for others but they don’t realize how much they do for me. I’m so grateful for long, crazy 17 hour days like these.

This weekend 2 seniors and I along with 6 freshman are set to kick off our season at the Broome County Competition! So excited

This past week I participated in the Youth Global Chef Semifinals! I finished in 2nd place with an international gold medal and I received the green spatula award for my having the cleanest and most sustainable kitchen work

I am beyond grateful for this opportunity to grow myself as a young culinarian and showcase my skills at the ACF National Convention

Starting with the biggest thank you to my chef @costantino.frank for his endless support and effort. His confidence and knowledge guided me through the hardest and most extensive training camp I’ve ever experienced!

I would have not learned anything if I never failed, there were many highs and lows but I never lost sight of my goals. I had the amazing help of my teachers @_yudeltorres and @nickgiambrone23 aswell as my peers @carolina_v50 and @evimathis who all supported me from the beginning to the end

Although im not advancing, my amazing USA teammate will be in Wales in 2026 for the Finals, together we made a statement and accomplished so much! Im proud of how far I’ve made it.

Been catching flights but this one was special! My first trip around the golden globe 🥇 🌎

This weekend my team and were hosted at the Culinary Institute of Michigan and competed in the SKS category to demonstrate our skills and efficiency in a kitchen.

This competition was a blast and it was a great way to cap off the end of our time as core 10 ❤️ Thank you to my head coach @costantino.frank ! As well as my coaches and mentors who supported our ambitions and needs @_yudeltorres @jcos15 @nickgiambrone23 .
