Welcome to My Work at Work 💌

Today marks the first day of a 3 month long Coherence journey I have committed to so that I can explore my philosophy, my self, and my own Coherence.

During the past few months as 2025 came to a close and we entered into the year of the Fire Horse, I have spent a lot of time contemplating my next steps. What makes sense for me in my journey right now? What is it I truly want? And honestly, what needs to change to co-create the life of my dreams?

Through a process of self-reflection, I decided that what I needed most was what I actually help others with: Coherence. And it was then that I realized I had never truly, with detail, intention, and awareness, walked myself through my own process of designing a Coherent life, and I decided its high time I did that!

Not only will this process allow me to truly practice what I preach, but I intend for it to deepen my relationship with the work of Coherence and to strengthen my research, writing, and resolve. I truly believe in this work, and through practicing it diligently I hope to strengthen it, and put it to the test. I’m hoping to be proven wrong so that I may hone in on a more precise theory, and I’m hoping to be challenged so that I may embody the truth, honesty, and authenticity with which I conceive of Coherence.

For the next three months I will be working through each of the 6 Pillars of Coherence, every 2 weeks focusing on a new Pillar. Every day I’ll keep you up to date with how it’s all going, and at the end of each 2 week segment, I’ll share my findings, updates, and *hopefully* revelations.

I’ll be honest, this is the scariest project I’ve ever set out to complete. I want to be vulnerable in all the ways that this work is messy and imperfect and raw but also so so worth it.

Over this week I will be sharing even more about the process and beginning to dive in to Pillar 1 of The Coherence Matrix: The Self. If you’re curious about more details, you’ll find longer form breakdowns over on YouTube 💌🔗

Many people question why I even need to discuss this topic. Does it not cloud my mission, breaking the chain of helping individuals live Coherently and instead refocusing on politics?
Not at all. And here’s why.

It is a privilege to pursue Purpose. It is a privilege to live Coherently. And until everyone has the same opportunity to live Coherently, it is unjust for me to do so individually, without thinking of others.

If it is my mission to support other people in finding and pursuing their purpose, and to create a world where every individual feels supported and inspired to embody their Truth, live as their most whole self, and contribute to a conscious, compassionate society, that must include everyone. But as Maslow taught us, this work is not the most pressing task at hand when it comes to an individual’s life. This is a Collective for a reason.

Reese and Dennis unpack how Dungeons & Dragons has evolved from a male-centric, exclusionary game to one of today’s most inclusive storytelling spaces for women, femmes, queer folks, and exvangelicals navigating life through creative story telling and meaningful community.
