When I heard Kristina was adding a guava cocktail with chamoy and a certain other spice mixture around the rim … I knew that had to turn her on to my favorite seasoning powder #picamaica. It’s made with all clean ingredients and the flavor is unmatched. I sprinkle it on my fruit ! Needless to say the cocktail it was delicious ! by @lilmommadances

Want to feel this free in your body? Want to have this much fun in a room full of humans just enjoying being alive? That’s what happens when you dance with Kristin Battersby of @shakeitoffwithkb And then we bring all that oxytocin from the dance floor to the table. On October 4, Dance Your Ass Off Dinner at Sweet Antelope is back in West Adams Los Angeles: a 50-minute dance class followed by a three-course farm-to-table dinner with storytelling woven between the courses. The playlist has a theme. The stories have a theme. And the whole point is to take that looseness, laughter and aliveness from the dance floor and let it become something deeper at the table: real connection, real community, and maybe a few conversations that go somewhere beyond “So, what do you do?” Come dance. Come eat. Come tell a story. Come remember that being around other humans can actually feel really fucking good. October 4 Sweet Antelope, West Adams What’s included: • 50-minute dance class with Kristin Battersby of Shake It Off Dance • Themed playlist • Three-course farm-to-table dinner at Sweet Antelope • Storytelling between courses • A room full of humans ready to connect, laugh and enjoy being alive Tickets in profile taken in Los Angeles, California by @lilmommadances
