WOW words cannot explain this last month. my eyes have been opened. I learned about yoga yes but so much more. I was stretched to the limits being out of my comfort zone in every way possible. there were tears and so many laughs. I made friends with people from all over the world that I love so dearly. I am so grateful for this opportunity I had! my time in India has changed me forever. 🫶🫶🫶
