Butch Revival: Lesbians Of The North

It was an honour to have @butchrevival over with us at @mothermarysmcr_ earlier in the month and get the opportunity to capture some of the 500 (!!) lovely faces.

From wet tshirt contests, to barbers, temporary tattoos and go go dancers I think anyone there will be thinking about that night for a long time!

If you missed out, or you’re ready for the next one keep your eyes on their socials! 👀

There’s no better night than a Butch Revival night

Thank you to my faves @thedykeagendamcr for having me over at @mcrmuseum for a beginners photography workshop, and of course those that came!

It’s very interesting to see people applying bits of advice in such a unique space, especially playing with varied and at times quite difficult lighting!

I’ve included some pictures I took during the practical session, I found myself more drawn to things like reflections and textures which is quite different for me, but it just shows what can be inspired through different settings 🫶🏻 taken in Manchester Museum by @lilvamphoto

YEAR OF THE DOLLS ❤️

I'm beyond excited to reveal that I am your October doll in the @yearofthedolls 2026 Charity Fundraiser Calendar...on sale now! 💀

We are raising funds for @the_proud_trust @lgbtfdn and @transmutualaidmanchester so make sure you buy your calendar by heading over to @youbettamerch ✨

It's so important, now more than ever, to spread awareness and support for the trans community and show that we can stand in solidarity and thrive together. Shooting this calendar was an absolute highlight because I got to share it with some amazing people 🏳️‍⚧️

A huuuuuge shout out to @sheisvil for including me in this and for being a diamond for putting this calendar together! Thank you so much!

Photography by @lilvamphoto 📸 You absolutely killed it with these images! Thank you so much, you were such a treat to work with. The first of many shoots I hope!
