My directorial debut and the most important story I will ever tell - THEY WERE GOOD DOGS. I am so honored to be telling the story of the hidden dogs tested on and euthanized in the name of “research.” I can’t thank the undercover investigators and whistleblowers enough for trusting me and letting me into their world. You all know who you are ❤️ To my unbelievable team of producers, @veltchlives, @ssarandos, Ross Kauffman, my executive producers Geralyn White Dreyfous, @robinhonan, @sienaoberman, @guoforit, @perribren, my co-producers and associate producers @jol3ne, @samanthawight, @rachelmwight, @melissa_wight and all my investors - thank you for making this possible💕

420,000 dogs’ lives were lost during the six years I have spent making this film, and hundreds of thousands more are still trapped in cages across the U.S. and around the world today. I think of them every minute of the day. They were good dogs🪽 by @lilyblavin

A historical week for Beagles used in laboratory testing! Thanks to @bigdogranchrescue 1,500 beagles from Ridglan Farms have been liberated! It was their first steps on grass, first time seeing the sky, and first time feeling love. The Beagles were set to be sold to laboratories across the world. They were bred to be vivisected then euthanized. Known only by a number tattooed in their ear, these dogs will now have a name and a home. A true miracle and twist of fate for these dogs ❤️🐶 The joy I felt FaceTiming @waynehhsiung to show him for the very first time the Beagles he worked so relentlessly to save is a memory I will cherish forever! To everyone involved in this rescue, thank you from the bottom of my heart. To the Beagles, the world is watching now. taken in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin by @lilyblavin

Ridglan Farms might’ve won the battle, but we will win the war. This weekend was one for the books. I couldn’t be more proud of the thousands of activists who traveled from all over the world to protest at Ridglan Farms this weekend. The violence directed at us was horrifying. Ridglan Farms is being charged with felony animal cruelty. We came to save the beagles trapped inside the facility who are bred for the sole purpose of animal testing. Thank you @waynehhsiung for organizing this life saving mission. You are a hero. The cries I heard from the dogs inside Ridglan will haunt me forever. One thing is guaranteed - I will not stop until every cage is empty. #savetheridglandogs taken in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin by @lilyblavin
