POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A bit ago I got a procedure called a stellate ganglion block, and I waited to see the lasting results before I created this video. But the further I got from the procedure, the more I realized my life really was changed. Now that doesn’t mean I’ll never experience fight or flight again, and for a long time I fought it, because I didn’t know who I’d be without my edge. But more than ever I now see my nervous system is not who I am. If anything, it shaded who I truly was underneath. I feel peace and freedom, I have control over my mind and body, and I am NEVER looking back. Often people need the procedure again a year or years later. But I wouldn’t think twice about doing it again. This might not be for everyone, and I am in no way pressuring anyone to consider this, but if you feel powerless and wonder how you’ll survive life in your body at this heightened state, I urge you to do the research and decide what’s right for you. It gave me my life back and a peace I’ve never known. Since I was a little girl I lived in that heightened state. But my child will never know that feeling. Thank you @blavinpaul and @joywellnesspartners and @dakotameyer0317 for sharing your experience. It gave me the courage to do this. I love you all. More than anything, I hope this video helps someone suffering right now. I share my experiences for the person in the dark who needs a friend to lead them out. I will be that friend. 🙏🏻🤟🏼

Had an un-beagle-vable time rescuing beagles with @bigdogranchrescue 🐶

@lilyblavin, thank you for giving me the opportunity to executive produce this documentary with you (coming next year 😏), save the beagles, and educate the world on the horrors of animal testing.

The last group of 155 dogs were saved today. We’ve saved over 2,000 from Ridglan Farms since May.

It was the first time they stepped on grass, saw the sky, and felt love from human touch. And you could tell that they knew that they were finally FREE.

Beagles are targeted for animal testing due to their gentle, trusting, and docile nature.

The qualities that make them such loving pets are what make them targets as laboratory animals.

We’ve made progress these past few months, but this is just the beginning.

BEAGLE BOND & BEAGLE FREEDOM. I was calling in a dog I couldn’t yet explain. I began searching rescues and shelters. Somehow, I found myself drawn to beagles, a breed I had never really known, and then into the world of beagle rescue.

In May, I was asked if I would help pull beagles out of Ridglan. That day, a little girl fell asleep in my arms as we waited for her veterinary exam. I memorized the number tattooed inside her ear and carried her to transport, sending love with each beagle as they left for the soft landings awaiting them. But before I left, I was given the chance to make our bond permanent.

The next day, I brought her home, with a schedule of medications and no real plan, and began my journey into what I can only describe as the beagle bond. I am completely obsessed. Nothing about it was planned, yet everything about it feels right. Nowhere in my life did I believe I could, or should, have three dogs. And yet, the Three Musketeers belong together. They are deeply loved, and they fill my heart and home with an energy and joy I treasure.

Today, Ridglan closes completely.
One less place where animals suffer. The campaign, the unity, the courage, the love, and the extraordinary orchestration that made this possible are proof that change can happen, and that compassion can prevail.

Now, let’s see the FDA Modernization Act 3.0 through. Let’s keep showing up, for Poppy, for every animal still waiting, and for the people who risked even their own freedom to bring this cruelty into the light.

I am forever indebted to the beagle bond. Poppy, the flower that grows after destruction.

A little justice for everyone fighting to free animals from abuse and torture. The lead Veterinarian at Ridglan Farms, Richard Van Domelan, is no longer licensed to practice. He signed off on every Ridglan purchase & abused dogs for years.

When it feels like our backs are against the wall and the climb is nothing but uphill — embrace these wins.

We are making history, and you are part of it. Your voice matters. May all the Ridglan puppies be embraced with love today.

And know this: we are coming for Marshall next.

Our March is a peaceful one — we walk with love, not force.

Join us as we continue the fight to end animal testing. 🐾🐕#endanimaltesting #marshallbioresources #marchforanimals #savethedogs #animalrights

Less than 50 days until we start marching & we need you🐾

This march isn’t abstract — it’s real people stepping away from their families, their jobs, their normal lives, to walk 207 miles for animals who don’t have a voice of their own & have been tortured for over 80 years. Every mile is for them; we have the power to change outdated & abusive practices.

To get to that starting line, we need your help. Comment SAVETHEM & I’ll send you a direct link, or click on link in bio!

Goal: $10K
Raised so far: $4,213

One of our partners is matching EVERY dollar up to 10k 🙌

Your $5 = $10. Your $25 = $50. Your $100 = $200.

Here’s exactly where it goes:

📍 Permits

📍 Liability insurance

📍 Media push — making sure the world hears them

📍 Venues — a safe place to gather along the routes

Every dollar becomes two. Help us get to the starting line & help us END ANIMAL TESTING. #marchforanimals #savethedogs #marshallbioresources #endanimaltesting #animalrights @jeff_boyardee_ photo credits 💙
